Penny’s Diner

Cute, clean, good diner food. Had Penney's burger and tater tots and a mushroom Swiss melt with onion rings.

Driving though on our way north. Stopped in this little hole in the wall not expecting much. Great food! Hole in the wall diner from the 1950's. Get anything you want at any time of the day. A hidden small town gem.

Super slow service all the staff seem to be completely new every time. Valentines day at one of the only sit down dining establishments in town that's not the day to let all the new guys run the show! Food ok

Driving from Virginia I spotted this unassuming diner and it really hit the spot. "T" was my server and chef. She was friendly and made a fantastic skillet in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place for breakfast.

It looks like a local diner, but it's not. Food was bland. Service was ok, but slow.

Very Fast fresh food. Excellent service. Not too crowded. Will return with spouse. Nice addition to Coffeyville.

Depends on who is cooking. The Guy in the white suburban James is an excellent. He knows how to cook our food. The manager he is a black guy he does not no how to cook eggs. How he managed to be manager is behond me.The Mexican guy really tries hard. The hamburger was hard to eat.

Sunday mid morning. Probably 1/4 tables full. Took 15 minutes to get a coffee. Then A LONG time to get the breakfast I ordered. No wheat toast w the meal! Said it'll be right out. Finished my eggs and bacon and still flagged waitress down 10 minutes later asking for toast w real butter. Coupla minutes go by and she brings out White toast? I said it should be wheat, w real butter on side?Shortly after that she brings the toast and butter pats from the refrigerator! Terrible! Took almost two hours for a breakfast that should've been 30 minutes? Seems everyone was getting partial orders delivered to tables rather than all together?She apologized for the delay and said they discounted the pricing for me? In my vehicle I look at the receipt and the only discount given was a Senior discount of $1.21 which I probably should of gotten anyways? No discount off the meal itself. Was not worth going back in to complain! Not sure I'd recommend this place, instead of Eggberts, which is where I WAS going when I saw this small diner on the road and turned around to try it! Bad choice!

A great place to eat an friendly staff , service is great. Food is amazing they have everything under the sun.

Stopped in while passing through Sunday evening. Service was very friendly, and food was great. I had Penny's burger, and my husband had the party melt. I was happy to see the hamburger patty was fresh and hand formed instead of the frozen patties so many places are serving now. The pies looked great too, but we were too full to try a slice. Definitely will be back!!!
