Pauly's Burgers

Pauly's burgers are delicious smash burgers. We have tried all of them at different times and they are consistently good. The fries are definitely shareable. Service is great. Pauly's is a neat spot to get a burger and fries for sure!

The burgers were excellent. Got double smashed BYOB. The fries on the other hand were SO greasy we threw away most of them. They had like no potato in the middle, just all fried grease. For the burgers alone, I'd go back. They didn't have any gelato out when we went so didn't try.

While visiting Eureka we made it a point to try out this new burger spot. The menu is limited but interesting. Burger cooked in Beef Talo and onions. YumThe buns are fresh, soft and grilled to perfection. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. The shredded lettuce and special sauce are the perfect topping to the burger. The fries fresh cut and just the perfect portion. They have outside seating and even dessert. We loved it and will return.

New place just opened.This is a fast food feel but with quality meat.Service was good, they have lots of workers. A had working guy cleaning outside tables..We ordered a single patty melt. It was just ok. I am sure hamburgers are the thing to order.We did enjoy the waffle sweet potato fries. They came out warm and salty.When you walk in , the first thing is the Gelato case. So if you get first, is it going to be melted...?

We really enjoyed Pauly's! Burgers were great, dipping sauces were great, and gelato was great! Only thing that didn't blow us away were the sweet potato fries, but they were still good. Service was great, store was super clean. I would definitely be back, really enjoyed it! Thanks Pauly's!

Recommendation from a local business owner for the gelato, but we stayed for everything else! Cynthia was great in giving burger recommendations and allowing us to pick our gelato before heading out. The food itself was delectable and satisfactory, enjoyed our order--I would have really liked more onions on my Pauly's Melt though. Inside and outside, as well as restrooms well-kept. Eye-catching colors and comfortable seating.

Hidden Little Gem !!!!!!!! Really yummy burgers, and fries. Very clean and great staff. Plenty of parking and outdoor seating. I thought the price was right for the food you get and quality. Nestled back in the corner I definitely recommend and will be going back myself. They serve breakfast lunch dinner and craft beers all day long.

Food was great we had the onion burgers with bacon, fries where surprisingly good as well. We tried all the sauces would recommend the house made ranch and chipotle aioli. Staff were very friendly and are food came out in less than 10 min.

This place is amazing! Seriously, the wagyu beef cheeseburger that I ate was the best I've ever tasted. The meat was cooked all the way through but was still very tender and moist. The buns and condiments were perfect. The sweet potato fries were delicious. We had gelato for dessert and it was delicious also. The restaurant has a bit of a fast food appearance but the food is much better than fast food. I can't wait to return.

Bring back the waffle hash brown tastiness. Best breakfast has brown ever and now it's no more. Potato squares just aren't good unfortunately
