Showed up after calling to make sure vehicle was still available. They told me it was, and I told them what time I was going to arrive. They had three hours to prep vehicle for showing. Vehicle was a mess, with trash all over the interior, and the outside not cleaned. Then went to negotiate price and they started $2500 higher than the advertised price on Autotrader. Then came back with $1500 over Autotrader price, telling me because I was not financing with them, the price was higher. This is a very deceptive practice and a total waste of time. Im sure they will say they tried to work with me, and technically they did, but the advertised price is the starting point for negotiation, not whatever made up price you want. I would avoid this place with your business.

Hands down the worst car buying experience I have ever had. After asking 5 friends who have either worked sales or know the car industry, they all agree that this place is terrible and will not be sending anybody this way.The price you see online is not what you pay. Textbook BAIT AND SWITCH.I had a trade with an agreed amount of $21,500. They would not even give me final numbers until I was told to start signing the papers. As we got to the last page, I see that they brought my trade down to $18,000. Last I checked, $3,500 is way more than the $2,000 they mentioned as we were signing. The guy had the audacity to say, "Oh don't worry, because you have a trade in, we took off the $2000 we normally add on."I reply, "No...you just gave me less than what we agreed upon for the trade in."I even had him explain it to my car friend and it made no sense. He basically said, "We price these cars to attract buyers but then have to add on a fee so we make money."To make things worse, he told me it would be $22 a month for the 5 year warranty. That would be around $1850 but on the contract it said $2700.Also, they ran my credit multiple times before even going back to look at numbers and sign. Thank God I slowed down to read the numbers because he was trying to get me to rush and sign the papers. I got there at 5:15pm and they acted like I showed up 30 minutes before closing. I decided to take a chance and drive 2 and a half hours from Yukon by myself and I regret it. It was a good learning experience but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They give car dealerships a bad name.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience as I do not recommend purchasing from these dealerships. There are many others out there who respect their customers' time and money.I purchased a used 2023 Escalade V-Series for $150k. I found the vehicle on CarGurus and contacted the dealership. The salesperson asked if I had a trade-in, and after providing that information, I was told the price listed online only applied if I traded a vehicle and used their financing. Although the price was as marked, they wouldn't proceed without those conditions.Initially, they lowballed my trade-in offer, but we negotiated, and they finally accepted. I live in Austin, TX, and the dealership is in Bartlesville, OK, so I requested to complete the transaction virtually. They initially wanted to charge $2,500 for shipping, even though their CarGurus ad stated $399, which they eventually honored.I was then referred to Alex, the financial director. He said they needed a notary to come to my house for in-person signatures due to previous fraud cases. However, he asked me to sign digital contracts instead because it was the end of the month, and they needed to meet quotas. Understanding the urgency as a business owner myself, I agreed, but I asked for the vehicle to be shipped promptly so I could receive it once the paperwork was complete. The notary appointment took five days to schedule, despite my repeated calls. During this time, I asked several times for the vehicle to be shipped, but after signing the paperwork, I found out the car hadn't even been scheduled for shipping. The GM had supposedly approved it ahead of time, but it took over a week before they finally scheduled the transport.Even then, the vehicle wasn't sent on time, and I had to chase them down again. When the car finally arrived at 10:30 PM, the driver almost dropped it off the trailer and showed little regard for its quality. Upon inspection the next day, I found the interior dirty and unprofessionally cleaned--far below the standard you'd expect from a dealership. On top of that, the mileage was 700 miles more than what was listed in the signed contract. For weeks, I tried to reach the GM or sales manager, but no one responded. Only Alex, who was as helpful as possible, was available, but his hands were tied. I asked for compensation or a discount due to the extra mileage and missing second key. Alex tried to locate the key, eventually promising to mail one to me.After multiple attempts to get a callback from the sales manager, Rob finally called on the third day and immediately complained that Alex had promised me anything. He said that if it were up to him, he wouldn't have offered any compensation since I had already gotten a "great price." He even said they had to sell my trade-in at a discount, fired the salesperson, and gave Alex a stern warning. When I tried to explain my experience, Rob rudely stated he didn't care because I'd never do business with them again, so it didn't matter to him. He cut the conversation short, stating he'd send key tracking information, and hung up.Fast forward, I've left four voicemails for the GM with no response. It's now been two months, and since I'm in Texas and the vehicle was purchased in Oklahoma, I have to register the vehicle and pay taxes in person. However, the title was lost in the mail, and three weeks after requesting a duplicate, I still don't have it. Texas is now saying I owe fees for not registering the vehicle on time. The dealership claims they can't send a new title until the lien is off, even though I offered to pay off the loan, which I didn't want in the first place. They asked me not to pay it off because they want commissions from the bank. Despite leaving messages for the dealership's controller, I still haven't received a return call or email. This dealership has been incredibly unprofessional, and I urge others to avoid doing business with them. There are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with respect and value your time and investment.

I would not recommend purchasing from here. We purchased a car a couple of weeks ago and have been faced with nothing but lies and deception the whole way. First our salesman spoke about all the years he has been in this business when you clearly know he is lying. His "experience" did nothing to sway our decision to purchase the vehicle because my husband is a mechanic by trade so he knows what he is doing. Then their "internet" was down so we had to come back several days later to actually get the car but they wanted our check for the payment. We were paying cash. They also told us they get kickbacks if we use their bank for financing and we were like uh no we are paying cash. They then said the car would go through this big safety inspection and detail and would be ready for us when we come back. We made the appointment to go pick it up. When we arrived we took a look at it and it was dirty. We went inside and mentioned it to our salesman and he said he would have them do it again. He came back a few minutes later and said he spoke to the service department and how young people today do not want to work. He also went on to say how he made the employee in service Facetime the employee who actually worked on it to show him what he did wrong. I know now he did not do this. It was another lie. Well we waited for over 30 minutes and it came back looking EXACTLY the same. We looked at the salesman and he was getting annoyed with us so we were like whatever. We then went and signed all the paperwork and left. Got home and was playing around with the car and the oil life said 19% left. This was supposed to have had an oil change. We also found trash under the seats and in the seat pocket and a sticky mess in the back seat. This car was not cleaned and I highly doubt it went through a safety inspection or anything was done. They updated the carfax to show they did the work but they did not do anything. The outside was not even washed. We sent an email to the service department manager and nothing. Then a few days ago the battery died. This battery should have been tested but again nothing was done. Called the service manager back and he told us we bought a used car as is. This was not the point. The point was this should have been caught by you if you would have really checked it. Then we asked about the 10 year roadside assistance and the engines for life program. He told my husband you have to purchase BG additive for it to apply. Again my husband is a mechanic by trade and he said they mark up the BG product that the customer has to purchase to pay for the oil change. It is not FREE. The service manager told us the roadside was on the BG card we got. We did not get a BG card. He said he would have them email us one. They did but guess what it has an expiration date of 6 months on it. I emailed the woman back who sent it asking why it expired in 6 months when their advertisement stated 10 years. I have not heard back from her and I won't because it is a marketing gimmick to get you to buy a car. This is truly false advertisement. I wish I would have read the reviews before we purchased from there but we saw their ads on tv and thought they were good people. They are not. I know they are local but hopefully people will catch on and stop purchasing from them.

Worst service department I've experienced. Damaged brand new vehicle doing routine oil change . They lied to my face and told me there was no leaking oil and when I told them I would show them I walked out to the bay and pointed to my vehicle that was still on the lift and said it's right there where that guy is scrubbing the oil off. They are not reliable. They do more damage than good. Every time. The service department members are also rude. They know it doesn't matter how they treat you because there's nothing that can be done about it. Patriot doesn't care about repeat business. They only care about the sell.

Corey is the BEST. Ask for him when you need a good deal. I came in a on a certain vehicle, a BMW and he was able to tell everything I needed to know about the vehicle to ensure I made the best decision possible! Do business with him, 100% worth it!

Was never told price until paperwork came our and then they rushed us to sign it.
