My experience was with the Tulsa location, however I cannot locate them in yelp. After buying a used car at this dealership we got it home and parked it the next morning it had a puddle of coolant under it. So we contacted the dealership and pretty much got told "not our problem", even though the coolant light came on when we went to test drive the car ( yes I know that should have been a red flag not to buy, however we couldn't find any leaks) After taking the car to a reputable repair facility diagnosed the car it need a water pump, an almost $1500 repair, turns out it also need plugs and ignition coils, another $400 repair. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. This has been the second bad experience with this dealership. Simply do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The sales person we dealt with was nice and made buying easy, but that does not make up for the lack of responsiveness after the sale. I understand not everything can be caught but this was a major repair and cost us.

Good experience in buying a wonderful truck. I highly recommend working with Micah (Bowtie)! Ryan & Steven in finance were also wonderful to deal with. Honest and zero pressure!

I was willing to give Ram a chance since the truck seems to have really improved over the last few years. I walked in the door and there was a salesman at a desk right there. The dude was poorly qualified to be the face of that Pryor dealership. Sorry. Im sure he's a great guy but still. Then the sales manager comes out to take over for him and tells me everything the other guy said was wrong and they have nothing on the lot like I wanted to test drive. This was my first time to consider a Ram pickup, and this dealership bungled the initial contact.

Tony was an amazing salesman to work with us to find our college girl a car within her budget and needs for travel! He was patient and helped explain to her financing and definitions of car sales. I love that this dealership works your financing first to know what you have to work with on a deal and not pressure you on a car first! Best sales experience I have ever experienced in buying a vehicle! Thank you, Tony and Patriot Auto for your amazing car buying experience!

The only reason I visited this place for my issue was because the dealership I bought my 2024 Jeep is an hour away and Jeep Wave told me to take it to the nearest dealership for warranty of the windshield. I get there and I hear this guy say there is always a rock chip. The lady, Ashley, offered to help and mentioned that I had called about the windshield. She said, "ok, we were just talking about that."Anyway I hand the keys over and she said she will pull it over under the awning. And her and that guy walked out. When I noticed that he was inspecting the windshield I walked to my jeep and he started to walk off and said, "warranty won't cover it." When I asked "wait why not? Why won't this warranty." He said "because it has a rock chip that caused the crack."I simply said I that a rock chip and road debris is covered. And he went on to tell me it won't. I did say that is some shit because I have the warranty right here. He got defensive and said I was expressing my anger at the wrong person. No sir I am not angry (and wasn't). And that what good is a warranty if you won't honor it. I fired back saying I was warned about coming here from a few people.Anyway, the guy was an ass. He was rude, and he doesn't know clhack crap about the warranty. Because the warranty states road debris, sharp impacts, manufacturer defects, ETS are all covered. If you need warranty stuff done do not bring your vehicle here. I was warned by a few people that they always try to deny warranty issues and are rude when dealing with them. And I have to agree with those warnings. Patriot Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat will never see my jeep or business ever. I will not step foot on that property again. Ashley, your coworker is a moron!

In my opinion every single thing they told me in the cell of my car was a deception from the paperwork to the free oil changes that it turns out you have to pay 24 90 54 the attitude so there's nothing really free about it it's everything the bumper to bump a warranty that is not bumper to bumper when you have your first breakdown they just simply lie in my opinion and I would never do business with these people again

Horrible, I'll never step foot in this scamership again.First of all, Logan, our salesman was GREAT. He was very respectful, and wasn't the stereotypical pushy salesman. I'd highly recommend him if he worked somewhere else he wasn't our problem at all. Anyways, issue 1, my trade in. I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson limited I was looking to trade in and they offered me $1500. Yep, $1500 I went to another dealer in Tulsa and they offered me $12,000. Why you may ask? So according to them KBB said my trade in is worth $7100 which is a lowball for sure but fairish. BUT they said my vehicle needs $5,600 worth of reconditioning... What? Are they putting a new engine in it? Sure there are some dings here and there but mechanically the car is flawless... that really blew my mind. NOW HERES THE REAL KICKER the vehicle we went to look at was $22000 online "patriot price" cool, but show up and out the door it's $25500! Okay... why? Because of a $500 doc fee AND A $3000 SERVICE FEE? WHAT? So if I were to trade my car in for $1500 and bought the new one for $25500 alone I would pay $8600, yep, $8600 in service and reconditioning. Excuse me? What if I didn't have a trade in? And I went and bought a car from them and paid the $3000 WHENEVER THE PERSON WHO TRADED IT IN PAID A $5600 RECONDITIONING FEE??? That's a flat out SCAM, surely this is illegal? I've never heard of something so ridiculous in my life. WOW wow wow. Anyways, issue 2, the sales manager, I don't know his name he never gave it to me he's was tall and lanky with curly hair and wearing a vest. He was, without a single doubt, the most disgustingly disrespectful person I've ever met in my life. I told Logan the $1500 wasn't going to work so the SM came to talk to me. He didn't introduce himself, ask me my name, how my day was, going shake my hand, nothing. I've been to many many car dealerships and have NEVER spoken to someone where they didn't at least give me their name. Probably because he saw this review coming.... He tried to justify the disrespectful $1500 trade in offer when I told him the other dealer would give me $12k and the car I was going to buy was the same price as the one at patriot. He told me some bs spill about the other dealer "inflating" numbers and when I didn't care to understand he talked down to me and tried to draw it out like I'm a 4 year old... Dude? Why do I care how the other dealer got their numbers? Numbers are numbers. Then asked me if I considered a 2nd car payment? Why would I even be trading in my car at that point?? And when I cut him off and said man let's just go our separate ways this isn't going to work out he didn't even look at me, scoffed, and walked away didn't say a word like I was piece of trash. What a stand up guy this review is very lengthy but I think it's necessary. I hope somebody reads this and decides not to shop at Patriot CDJR in Pryor.

Logan met us at the door when we first showed up and tried to oversell us a car. The car is a 2020 and totally not worth the price he told us. After telling him no he acted like he didnt know the meaning. So we left. We came back on black friday, as the doors opened. We found out the vehicle we were looking at dropped $10,000. We told him what we wanted what we had to put down and the trade. *let the nightmare start* First they did the back and forth again trying to get more from us. After 4 hours of waiting we got into finance. They refused to give us a fair price for our trade in. Looking back i see i could of scrapped the car for more. We arrived with an pre-approved loan, that they couldn't/didnt want to use. Long story short we finally got the car.NOW LESS THEN A WEEK, there are issues with the car and they dont want to fix it. The battery wont charge. The towing company they work for wont pick up the vehicle. Patriot in Pryor is a SCAM. Dont waste your time or money.

Worst place ever! They tried (unsuccessfully) to take advantage of my daughter's lack of car buying knowledge and how some dealers will word things to make it look better then it is. Thank goodness, she got me on the phone and I figured out what they were doing. Skip this place and go next door where you'll be treated amazing and get a better deal.
