I have been car shopping all week and received the run around at every lot in Bartlesville and Tulsa, I pulled onto the lot and Will Turner greeted me and if I'm lying I'm dying- an hour and a half later I'm in the truck I wanted and at the right payment and all! I did not know this was possible- thank you, Will Turner, you have restored my faith in humanity!

They change the price on vehicles after a week and tell you that you have to bring the truck back, pay the difference or receive incorrect paperwork. Mistake or scam either way it's despicable. Cheating a Vietnam veteran out of his well earned pay just to pad your own pockets

I showed up with a pre approval for $15K, at $370/monthly payments. I told them I was looking for a vehicle within certain stipulations, per the terms of the loan. It was a first time auto loan, so it had to have 75K miles or less, 2016 or newer. Decently hard stipulations, a needle in a haystack. Well, found a car here that was $1K more than the loan. They refused to lower but told me they were more than willing to call TTCU to negotiate the terms. They collected my information for what I assumed was that call. They never ended up calling, they actually ran my credit without my permission (HARD pull. Not soft.) for a specific car I hadn't even asked to see that was $25K. Not even the $16K car! They pressured me into test driving it by telling me if I didn't buy their car they would fill my tank since I was borrowing a car to get a new one, brought it out and the front right tire was flat, it had been hit on the left side and had a huge dent (the same spot I was hit on that made mine be considered totaled... the entire reason I was getting a car) ((my original car was a 2018 Hyundai Elantra, this was a 2020), and it was $500+ a month. Moral of the story: DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I do NOT recommend. The only reason I give one star is because I absolutely have to. We did go back for free gas, they gave attitude about it but we got that. I wouldn't go here at all, especially if you value your sanity and your credit score.

They sold my parents a 2019 dodge caravan that had been previously wrecked. The van had a few issues that they said would be under warranty. We had to take it to a Tulsa dealer (because it was closer) to fix the issues and the Tulsa dealer said it was way worse and UNSAFE TO DRIVE. The Tulsa dealer's words not ours. Patriot said to bring it back and they would work it out. Their solution was to sell my parents the exact same year, make, model, and trim package van for $7,000 over the market value. Plus it had 20k MORE MILES on it than my parent's current van. So instead of doing the right thing, they tried to upsell my parents into the same van at an inflated price. In total, they attempted to squeeze $20,000 more out of my parents than when they came in to fix the UNSAFE Van Patriot sold them in the first place. I called them out on it and we walked out. My parents are still driving an unsafe car that Patriot sold them. Patriot are Crooks to the core. Do not deal with them. We will be contacting the better business bureau.

This and every patriot dealer i have been in lies, tells you one thing then either tells you another or hopes you don't catch on had the ability to take of gap and warranty for a trade and wouldn't do , I have never had a good experience in this or any patriot dealer PERIOD liars and cheats now morals or ethics at all

I went down there to trade my vehicle in for one of there's and they found me one and it was our rate to bye it.but we only had the vehicle for two weeks and it quicket on us in the middle of the road.it wouldn't turn over.so we pulled it off the road and tried to get it started and wouldn't start so I call my cousin Chris inroute and he had towed in at Patrick on Washington Blvd. In bartlesville ok.and we got down there and they said they would see why it wouldn't start the truck.well they didn't get it in the shop and tell know.and they wouldn't even give a vehicle to drive home in and tell they would fix ours .and still didn't give use a vehicle to drive and till they do I'm posting this add all over the web site and tell they do what they are to do .give us a vehicle to drive or fix the truck and give it back fixed our give me one of the trucks to drive and tell then.so I was pissed they refused to give me a vehicle or give ours back there wasn't a payment dude and till the first of the month. That's when they were told to get there money.if any one goes in and trades there truck or car in watch it cause they will use y to get yrs in there and do the paper work and y have a problem with yrs and it come back to them yr fucked on yr vehicle y brought in on a trade y won't get shit back y will be walking for good no trade no vehicle. I know carsalesboys , no truth or manners,, this place is absolutely terrible ,, when someone or respective client tells tells you the company they are only looking for about a $4 to $8,000 car. Your company gets them into a $16,000 car especially worth about four¡!!!!!!!!!!!?! Never again terrible , unprofessional

BATE AND SWITCH!!!Auto Trader add said 17K for chevy Equinox, after driveling car decided to buy, when Sales manager came back the car went up to 24,000!!!WOW, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALSHIP !!!!

Their service is honestly Criminal. We have taken our car back for oil changes in order to insure our engine guarantee was honored if something were to happen. WHY has our check engine light come on after 2 different services only to be met with "we don't know whatbthe problem is, you should bring it back in another day." I will tell you what the problem is...they are screwing with people's vehicles so that there is a "problem" to fix which makes them more money. I'm not the 1st person to experience this and will be gathering reports from others and will keep climbing the chain until they stop this. We will not be back. We were in the market for a new vehicle purchase and they lost a brand new truck sale.​
