Palace Rooms

Have been 2x. Great atmosphere. Food is good, service is pleasant if inconsistent. Had a reservation issue 2nd visit-restaurant has nice "booths" (clearly best seats)-when we asked about them 1st visit we were told reservation only. So for our 2nd visit, since we had guests, wife made reservations, but a walk in for drinks (no reservation?) was in our "reservation only" booth. First solution offered was "would you mind sitting somewhere else"? Not really the ideal situation but we are pretty easy restaurant customers and had guests. Update: A few months later, we wanted to go back. There was an event on the street that day so the street was closed. It wasn't clear what the involvement was of Palace Rooms, but we figured "go in and ask". As we walked in, the owner was walking out. I would expect to be acknowledged regardless, but I had spoken to the owner both times I had been in previously so I was surprised he didn't acknowledge us at all. He didn't say a word and it was impossible for him not to see us....we passed at the door. When we went in, there was no one there. We waited (again, we are easy customers) and no one appeared. No hostess, no bartender, there was no one to even ask. Needless to say we were disappointed. Why a 3? The food was good. Service not so much.

Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, great server (Kim). We will definitely return AND recommend it to our friends and family.

So we ate next door and came over for a drink and I loved the vibe. Bunch of spots to sit, bar was great and they had music. Def coming back when we are in town! Service was pretty good too, love it when they treat you like a friend they haven't see in a while!

We come here whenever we visit Bartlesville and love it. You can make reservations for one their cozy rooms, the drinks are amazing specially my favorite, the clover club. They have great food options and serving sizes for a bar. They have now incorporated brick oven pizzas on their menu from the restaurant next doors and they are worth a try. Highly recommended.

Bougie and beautiful venue, the history of Palace rooms is a once Brothel they sling some of the BEST drinks foodservice is superior location is perfect, so many special events and super encouraging that they support local businesses. A Must try!!! Never disappointed going to Palace Rooms

My favorite quiet spot in Bartlesville. Saturday Brunch is excellent.... Mimosa Bar and Bloody Mary Bar are the bomb! Good Starters and menu selections without being overwhelmed with pages and pages of choices!! NO soup!!! Yikes.... they said Soup is coming soon.

Good drinks, fast service, decent atmosphere I recommend the Strawberry Smash with Marker's Mark

Tried the brunch today and had the waffle board and Eggs Benedict. The waffles were perfect and the pastries were fresh tasting and warm. Very good. Eggs Benedict had a good, runny yolk and bright hollandaise. Loved how creative the build your own Bloody Mary or Mimosa station was.

Have been several times. Weekdays when not busy, the food is decent but hard to chase down a server. That being said...tonight. Valentine's Day. The place was packed at 6pm. Just to get a drink order was a solid 15min. No one seemed to know who was supposed to be doing what. Special Vday menu: salad was fine, "fresh" bread was cold and stale, entrees...what can I say? Over an hour later the pasta arrived not room temp, but actually cold. The tenderloin was $47 and inedible. I think they were overwhelmed and completely unprepared. We should have grabbed a clue overhearing all the tables around us cancelling orders and leaving. I hate the term, "It's good for Bartlesville", since we should have higher expectations than mediocre.ETA: Owner followed up the next day. This was a first time run at an experience like this. Lessons were learned and improvement opportunities noted. We will definitely be back as we like to support local and the various appetizers and drinks are really, really good. Looking forward to trying them again.

Came here for a date night with my wife. Staff greeted us and was very friendly. We ordered a few appetizers, which were amazing. Had several drinks from the menu, all which were amazing. The owners made it a point to converse with us and get to know us. I would highly recommend Palace Rooms!!
