Great experience with PaintMaster working through an insurance claim to fix my busted passenger side door. They beat their own estimate and got my car back to me a lot quicker than I had anticipated. When we ran into a minor snafu during pick up, they helped me out with a loaner since I'd just turned in my rental. My car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. Jeff and Jason were great to work with as was everyone else.My car looks great and I'm so happy to have it back.Great work/experience all around.

I have been a customer of Paint Master for 15, I am a native of Tulsa and have hade several cars and trucks repaired by Paint Master. Randy and Phillip are the most honest and reliable people in the industry in my opinion. What they promise is always what they have delivered to me. Each job that Paint master has completed for me has been a good value and done correctly. I will always take my body work to Paint Master, because of the value service that I Receive. Give them a try they will always make you satisfied.

I recently took in my chevy Aveo because I hydroplaned into guard rail, had about 3000 worth of damage. My insurance I recently changed to was not trying to cover everything on the estimate and was difficult to get a hold of for me and for the gentlemen working at paint-masters. But they got it taken care of, was very very polite and professional, my body work looks amazing. It was my own mistake and that mistake cost me, but these guys made my problem so much easier for me and were extremely polite. I needed a ride to get my car and they were happy to help me out even though they don't have a pick up service. I felt that they were honest and did the work as they said they would, my car was nice and neat and looked brand new. If I am ever to have any more body work to be done or to suggest to someone else I will suggest and go back to Paint-master Collision center. I know there I will be taken care of and treated honestly.

WOULD NOT complete the job. Shoddy, lazy. They missed a large scratch and then explained how much work would have to go into fixing it. They had the car for 2 weeks longer than estimated. Suspension wasn't put back together either

I highly recommend Paintmaster's for anyone needing bodywork repairs on their car. After a tree hit my car during our recent storm I used Paintmaster's to make the necessary repairs on my car. I couldn't be happier--my car looks new again!Anytime I called the office with a question, Penny was always patient and very helpful. I really appreciated the text messages updating me on the progress on my car.When I went to pick my car up I was thrilled with the detailing on the inside and outside of my vehicle. They even gave me a free T-shirt. Thank you Paintmasters!!!

Adam did an amazing job painting my Harley Davidson.I get a lot of compliments on the color.

I find it hard to believe they actually give a car back to you with such poor quality repairs done to it. The bumper is going to fall off my car anyday now and all they did try to realign the stone chip panel to the hood was put washers under it and now it has dents in it. The people were friendly. I will say that and the car was returned clean but the repairs were very poorly executed. Do not take your car here.
