Nice folks, wish them the best. Food was bland and disappointing. Every Thai place I try, I start with a pad Thai. This tasted like spicy noodles and a few chunks of chicken. No flavor. Sorry this wasn't better. It had great reviews on Facebook.

The food was absolutely delicious!! Everything tasted so fresh and yummy!! The owners are the sweetest ever! Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for thai food!

I've become addicted to their drunken noodles. It comes in vegetable, chicken, shrimp, beef and tofu or many combination of meats. The heat can be ordered #1 to 10. I have a gluten allergy but they accommodated me perfectly even to the gluten-free soy sauce. Their takeout is generous and stays hot by their careful packaging. My wife loves their fresh spring rolls just added to their starters menu. They also have fried rice, stir-fried, curry and soups; which I'm looking to explore soon.Their current address is 502 S. My initial review was negative because I never found it to be open. I wasn't aware that the owner was out of town. I finally tried it and don't need to go outside Carthage anymore for excellent, authentic Thai food. Don't let the food truck thing fool you, I personally think that this is as good as it gets. Very sweet lady working there yesterday. We ordered the Fresh Spring Rolls, some chicken wings which weren't on the menu, Pad Woon Sen w/chicken (glass noodles were excellent), and Thai Basil w/chicken. Huge portiins! Everything was perfect. I would only have wanted more rice noodles in the Fresh Roll and maybe not filled with so much lettuce and I was looking forward to trying Chicken Satay (which they don't sell). It took about 20 minutes for me to get my order but it was a decent day so I didn't mind waiting on one of their picnic tables. The person working there (I'm assuming the owner) gave me a menu and said just call your order in advance next time. I hope they do well. Maybe hire some extra help because I can only imagine how hard she working. Highly recommend this place!
