Oodles of Noodles and Dumplings

Fantastic food, fantastic service. Soy bean paste noodles are wonderful, as are their beef buns.

Truly excellent and super-authentic Chinese noodle & dumpling restaurant with excellent beef noodle soup and vegetable noodle soup (which I ordered) as well as boiled dumplings (got the chicken variety), potstickers (pan-fried) and soup dumplings / Xiao Long Bao (XLB) (which I got the pork variety of). Exceptional service and was able to practice my Mandarin with the owners before shipping off to Taiwan this weekend. Interior atmosphere also very spacious with many tables - I think if they did dim sum or a buffet it'd be more of a hit for sure. Great homemade chili sauce as well. Highly recommended!

We came back to try the wonton soup and it did not disappoint. I really like the shredded chicken they added as well as a few shedded vegetables. The broth alone is great! Also got the beef noodle soup and it was just as good this time as the first. You can't go wrong with the beef noodle soup

I've driven by this restaurant for a couple of years but was finally prompted to try it from a local review. It did not disappoint! We were greeted and seated by the owner and he took time to explain their concept and dishes. I decided on the beef noodles which he said the beef was long simmered and very tender. He was correct, and the broth was so very flavorful! My wife had the vegetable soup with tofu. She loved all the vegetables in it and the crispy toasted tofu. Both dishes definitely had oodles of noodles! We shared an order of spring rolls with a yummy sauce and a pot of Jasmine tea. On our way out the owner thanked us and invited us back! We will take him up on that!

The food was mid, the service was mediocre, it was "meh" all around. It was also very confusing because the server stand is in the back?

New for us and an absolute solid on our return! Ample parking in a small strip. Nice size dining area. Appeared that a couple was both serving and preparing the Chinese foods. Very pleasant and attentive. Excellent flavors. It's the first place we've found locally with well prepared buns. The tempura shrimp was delightfully light and had a nice crunch with each bite. The chilled noodles had slight resistance which made the meal that much more appealing. The homemade sauce will clear your sinuses and awaken the tear ducts!! The meat buns were such a treat. A firm exterior with a nice browning. Filled with meat and veggie blend. Absolutely worth the trip and bites to determine for yourself if it's going to be in your permanent list of good eats.

This is a Chinese noodle and dumpling shop run by a very nice and friendly family. The hand rolled potstickers were very good. I loved the crispy bottoms. The beef noodle soup for me was just ok. The noodles were soggy. I also found the broth to noodle ratio off (too many noodles). The beef was tender but under seasoned. The broth was "beefy" but lacked in any other flavors besides salt. The fresh cilantro was nice but this soup needs more vegetables. The potatoes that were present were actually undercooked. The only other vegetable was a cabbage piece. I have definitely had better Beef Hot Bowls but the pot stickers were unique. I may give them another try.

Soups, dumplings, noodles, all delicious! The fact that everything is freshly made, the friendliness of the owners is very welcoming. I always enjoy my dining experience at Oodles of Noodles!

Passing through Oklahoma City on our way to Tucson, Arizona and stopped here after a long drive to pick up a meal and bring back to our hotel.We loved everything about it. We called right when they opened at 4:30 and headed over to the restaurant and were a little bit early. While we were waiting, a gentleman came out and brought us big glasses of ice water, which we greatly appreciated.Loved everything we ordered. From the tempura shrimp, vegetable spring rolls, boiled pork dumplings, beef chilled noodles, chicken chilled noodles and beef noodles. Everything was delicious! I'm assuming the gentleman and the woman that got our food and checked us out are the owners. I found them to be charming and incredibly thoughtful. Made sure to include all of our utensils and extra napkins to take back to our hotel. Also made sure that everything was packed perfectly, so nothing would spill. Wish we lived closer because I would definitely become a 'regular'.

It's super busy but the food is worth it. Make sure you try the red bean boa! You won't regret it
