On Cue

I've always liked On Cue's and this ones no different. It's clean, smells good and everyone was keeping their distance when it was possible. I know the hall to the restrooms were a little difficult to maneuver through.It really wasn't busy inside the store and we just ran in to use the restroom and grab some drinks. My granddaughter just HAD to have one of the cute plush toys by the entrance. I really need fuel but I left my daughter at Papa John's with her boyfriend so I'm in a little bit of a hurry.I highly recommend any On Cue to anyone!

I was treated very poorly by a woman with brunette hair. She was very rude and unwelcoming. She refused to even look at me, I asked for some cigarillos that were CLEARLY BEHIND HER, i could see yhem with my eyes. She told me no that they did not have them. So i asked for a different brand she said no very fast and very rude without looking to check or even looking at me. Then my girlfriend pointed out that you did indeed have what i asked for. The woman very snobby grabbed them and thrn asked me for my I.D. and my wifes. She is a breatfeeding mother and i am the only one that smokes. I was the one requesting the item that she was telling me she did not have when in fact she did. She then refused to sell them to me because my wife did not have her I.D and she said that my wife assisted my choice.e

The lowest priced fuel in 3 state area. Plus, they have e85, which is awesome if you have a vehicle that uses it. Nice, clean premises. Well lit, and safe. Covered fueling stations . The washrooms were nice, clean , safe and had all the fancy automated towel and soap dispensers. Really, a great station!

I just love On Cue's. This one in particular happens to be by my home so I stop here often. Lots of pumps and all under cover. What I like about this place is that I see a company come and high pressure clean the whole area once a week. I think that that goes above and beyond. I don't see other gas stations doing this. Great coffee. That's why I come here. With lots of different kinds. Lots of drinks. Yogurt bar. Reasonable prices. If you love Gas Station Hot Dogs this is the place for you. Restrooms are clean. And most importantly they are blazing fast. They get you out the door quickly. Almost forgot. The staff generally are friendly.

Johnny/Jhonny/Jonny~ what a worthless employee. Wont sell you drinks because I didn't have my I.D. when my boyfriend is going to try and buy cigarettes. We both are covered in tattoos and piercings but then got asked to leave because we simply told them we had never heard of their "policy"- every person in the party must show I.D in order to have tobacco products sold to you. Once we stated we had never heard of their policy and asked them to remove the cigarettes they refused to sell us drinks and asked us to leave. The only reason we even came in is because their drive thru line was so backed up it was wrapping around the store. I have been to SEVERAL on-cues on so many occasions because I love their stores and never been I.D.ed for my boyfriend buying things in the short or drive thru. The old woman there is also a waste of space. "I'm just trying to keep my job..." you're late 20s working at on-cue... to keep your job keep the customers happy. Waste of space. I guess fat and unhappy people have a hard time keeping their jobs. Johnny you need to be more friendly or you wont have a job to worry about it. To the managers and owners ~ I will not be returning to your stores ever nor will anyone I know. Fix your policies or have them stated on the door~ since they are apparently so well known. By the way I got my drink from the gas station down the street.

This place is always clean, and does a lot of business, but their staff is about as unfriendly as you could ask them to be. They ignore customers, won't look at you at the counter, won't speak, and stand there chatting amongst one another whilst they ignore you. The people working this place have definitely NOT found their calling; customer service is about being friendly to the customers! Maybe these people should take nighttime janitorial positions or something where they don't have to deal with the public. One thing is for sure, whoever the manager is at this location, they need to train their employees better, especially in the art of dealing with customers. The regional manager needs to "clean house" at this location, and replace their staff (including the manager since they don't seem to be properly training and monitoring their employees).
