Olly Makes Bakery

This past weekend I finally got a chance to try Olly Makes Bakery. I specifically planned my visit from Las Vegas to Bentonville, Arkansas to visit this gluten-free bakery when they're opened. They're closed Sunday-Tuesday.They're located in a cute Victorian house that has been converted to a bakery, with a few rooms converted to a place to sit and consume your purchases.While there weren't as many options as I had hoped as only 7 baked items were available, I did enjoy the gluten-free & pork-free chicken, chicken-bacon and chive scone for $6.25 and a double-chocolate cookie for $2.50.The other options were:- $7 blueberry muffin- $6 orange poppy seed bread (about the size of a deck of cards.)- $5 sausage roll (about the size of a Twinkie.)- $4.99 vanilla funfetti vegan cupcake- $7 cherry seed bar (about the size of a deck of cards.)I brought 3 other people with me and while my food tasted good, there just wasn't enough variety and the people I brought with me declined to order.Also, to prevent confusion, this bakery needs to separate out the taxes on their receipts as separate line items. Currently, it looks as if they're charging a 10.5% sales tax when the tax rate is 9.5%. I have been informed that there is some additional tax to make up the additional 1%. It's unclear if this is true but having separate line items on the receipt would fix this issue. Nobody wants to be overcharged.Visited: April 2024

I stopped into this cute bakery while at the farmers market. it has VERY limited hours, only open on Saturdays. the old house that the bakery is inside of is adorable. All of the items are gluten free which is what made me try it out. I had the blueberry muffin and a brownie. I would get that blueberry muffin 1000 more times.

I love this place! When I heard about this place opening I knew it was going to be my kind of place! First off, the choice of high quality ingredients is a big win to me. They use organic, gluten free ingredients that are free of any artificial flavors, colors, or ingredients. I appreciate that so much since that is how I try to eat most of the time. They offer savory and sweet items. They post their menu daily on their social media, so make sure to follow them! I have tried most of their items and honestly haven't had something I don't like. Olly is talented! They have a small parking lot with designated parking spots. The bakery is located in a historic house and the ambiance inside is so cozy and friendly. It is the kind of place you want to hang out for a long time, alone or with friends/family. The customer service has always been great. Check out this awesome local business!

SO GOOD! Muffins were moist and full of flavor, and BIG! Cheddar bacon scones were delicious. Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. Totally recommend. Prices were high but us GF folks know that's the norm. Totally worth it for this Montana girl! We will visit again before we leave, for sure.

Small family owned bakery that is absolutely adorable and homemade baked good that are to die for! Hats off to Molly and this is a must stop!!

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Best gluten free pastries I have ever had. Women owned and such a cute location. If I lived here I would be here every week.

Ordered the coffee cake and chocolate chip petite cake. Both were absolutely delicious, moist and perfect level of sweetness!

We tried to be customers of Olly makes bakery by contacting her to make cupcakes for my kid's bday. Contacted her on Monday by email, called on Wednesday, failed to reach her in both ways. It is not that hard to reply to an email. The good thing is that I quickly reached out to the other bakery after seen the review commented on how Olly makes bakery ghosted on her.

The Olly bakery at the Bentonville square is CUTE! It's situated inside of an old home where some of the open rooms are available for you to sit inside of while you eat - of course there's a table outside you can eat at. I highly recommend following them on Instagram, for they are very active and posts what's being offered that day. The menu is small, and although muffins can be tasty, hopefully they can expand the menu to offer more savory items along with their delicious scones.
