When they purchased the existing wash , unlimited was $16.99. E did not receive washes for several weeks but still got charged. They told us the cost would be the same, how the first charge was $19.99 then without authorization raised to $24.99. when I realized I went by the wash and complained. I had been on vacation and in the hospital for almost 5 weeks. I called and left several messages and when I could drive went by the wash. I disputed the 24.99 and signed to cancel. No one ever called and was not canceled. I want at least 3 months refund

I am not happy with service. I did cancel membership 3 months ago, because my dad has a stroke and he is not driving any more his car. But every month I do still get a bill. not good. Very very not happy. I did try to rich a customer service, no one answered my calls
