I have to admit, I have found my Sushi spot in Tulsa. But, we wanted to see what we were missing with new openings. Oishi is definitely one of the best Sushi spots in Tulsa. The ingredients were fresh, the rolls were tight, and the Service was excellent. If you order food, be careful of the spice. They offer 1-5, but a 1 on the Pad Thai seemed a bit extreme. I can not imagine what a 3 would be, let alone a 5. I have been eating spicy food my entire life, and life did not begin in Oklahoma. Don't get me wrong, I finished it, but it was unexpectedly spicy. The atmosphere was very adult, quiet, low conversations, which we loved. Oishi may not be our Top-Spot for Sushi and Asian Foods but, we will be back to try other Rolls and Dishes.

I love this place! I came here on Valentine's Day after my 1pm physical therapy. It's usually 15%off after 2pm but not today because holiday. It's OK. They decorated around fireplace so customers especially with small children can take photos. They gave me a small bag of sweets at the check out. Very nice gesture! Although I checked few other food, but my fave is Spicy Miso Ramen. Bathroom is clean. Service is excellent. Very friendly. This is the only place I keep coming back.

We were craving ramen in Oklahoma and stumbled upon Oishi. The reviews for this place were really good, so we were expecting it to be oishi! The tuna tataki was really pleasant and the tuna roll was decent. As far as the ramen goes, the broth was rich and had a depth of flavor, the pork was flavorful and cooked well as well. However, it was lacking a little bit of salt and the noodles were just ok...a tad overdone and too soft for my taste, but I prefer a more Al dente noodle. A decent experience but hard to compare to the ramen we had in Japan. Service was nice and fast, ambience was a little lacking but for a place in Oklahoma it hit the spot.

Visited Oishi Sushi while in town for business! I wasn't sure what to expect getting Sushi in Tulsa, but I was NOT disappointed! Food and service were excellent. The Great - Aside from the best house made hot chilioil... the Ramen was so good. The service was also excellent along with the speed. The Good - The sushi was really enjoyable and great presentation! The Bad - NA The Ugly - NA I really liked this spot. I will visit them again next time I'm in the area!

Oishi Sushi & Ramen offers a limited selections of sushi rolls and ramen bowls. This is great because it does well on what it has to offer. You get exactly what you come for, either sushi or ramen. As stated, sushi and ramen are both great. If you have to pick one, maybe go with sushi. The quality of the sushi at Oishi is comparable to other top sushi restaurants. The tuna lover roll has quite the amount of fresh tuna, my favorite feature of this roll. I just wish the tuna in the middle wasn't grounded. At Oishi, the special tonkotsu is known as tonkotsu kuro. It resembles the tonkotsu black at Jinya. The broth tastes delicious but the noodle is softer at Oishi. Pork belly has mostly meat and not much fat in it. The cut is a little thicker too which makes the pork belly less tender. Is Oishi the best sushi restaurant in Tulsa? Absolutely not. It doesn't have that one special item that I would crave. The restaurant lacks that "glitz" and "glamour" feel. When I walk inside, I don't feel like I walk in a fancy sushi restaurant. But it is better than several of the sushi restaurants I've been to in Tulsa.

Of course I had to try the new ramen and sushi spot that everyone on Piso's is raving about! You order at your table but go up to the front to pay. It took a little bit to order but I'm sure they're still working on a good flow routine since they just opened. The salad with sesame dressing was flavorful. The Tulsa roll was really good. Maybe too much sauce on the top but I'd still get it again. The tonkatsu ramen with pork broth was so good and had a tiny hint of a pepper flavor. I really liked the broth. I'm so used to Jinya's broth but this one was on a different level! I higher level! If I could just order the broth and sip on it, I would haha! The roll my boyfriend got had too many textures that I didn't like. I'm a texture girlie. The strawberry crepe cake was delicious! I will be getting that every time! There is a huge selection of different sushi rolls and handful of ramen bowls but that just means to me that they put extra love and care into the broth! I will be back, I want to try other rolls and some of the non ramen dishes. But I won't be leaving without a crepe cake slice! That's for sure!

We have been all over Tulsa and not many can compare to the all out flavor Oishi puts in their dishes. From fresh tasting sushi to knock your tongue out ramen. You must try this place.
