They came when promised. Great work, the fence is beautiful. Worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Lower estimate and cost compared to other companies. Very happy and pleased.

This was the most horrible place I have EVER had to do business with! I called for an estimate on an 80' fence 4 ft high and a walk through gate. I was told that I would receive an estimate via email the next day. After 3 days I called back and she said that it was on her desk and that she would contact him to see what was going on. She would call me back that day. It was a Friday. The next Tuesday I called because I had not heard from them and a gentleman answered the phone. I told him what I was looking for and he said that he would contact his man and see if he could go out that day!! I said ' he was supposed have gone a week ago!' He then replied that he could tell I was frustrated and that he thought we could both agree to say no. AND then added 'Good luck finding another place'!! I have never had a business talk to me like that much less turn away business!! I suggest you find someone else to do your fencing as this place has a bunch of idiots and assholes working in it!! When the ice storm hit this past year, we had a lot of fence damage. I called Oakley to come quote what it would cost to completely replace the fence. A week past and no one had been out so I called for an update and apparently I "wasn't on the right pile" for places to go by. So a week later they came out. I called a week after that for an update since I hadn't heard anything yet. I was told that due to some of the trees and stumps they couldn't put the fence up and didn't have the equipment necessary to remove them. I told him that we would be doing that work ourselves or hiring someone to come in and do it and they would just have to come put up the fence. The guy said that was fine and I told him I would call with an update once we had the removals planned, he was okay with that. A few weeks past and I called back to ask what the quote was just for them to put up the fence as we were removing the trees and stumps in the fence line. He asked if I talked to my husband and I told him it's all been planned we just needed to know what we would be paying for the fence to be put in and plan it. He then said that he didn't have a quote and never said he would do the job. I gave him a recap of our convo and the fact that literally all he was doing was putting the fence in. The demo work would already be done. He told me he never said he would do the job and would not put in the fence. Even though he had previously told me it was fine. 0/10 do not recommend.

Four years ago we purchased a house asked Oakley to put in a fence. A month ago I noticed 3 of my polls broke in the ground. I contacted Daniel to please come and repair because I had a 5 year warranty. For two weeks he never came. Tina Brown sent a bill $225 for a job that never was completed. When they finally got it completed it a week later. Two of the polls were still loose. I had to hire somebody else to complete the job. Then Daniel the sales man called and threaten to put a lien on my house. When I went to the office to confront him he was videotaping me like a child. I explained I was not satisfied and I wish to speak to the owner he said he was the owner now pay the bill or I put a lien on your house. Then the owners Mr. Brown walked in and started cursing me yelling and verbally abusing me stating pay my bills because I'm a deadbeat looser. I was shocked. All I wanted was to explain my dissatisfaction. They have no integrity respect especially to woman or people that are not business owners. Rude dishonest and abusive. Wasn't money issue it was the principal!!! 2 grown men verbally abusing a 52 year old woman over 225. I guess they really need it. I wasn't surprised after speaking to several people that they are known for their abusive behavior and dishonest employees.
