Very rude office ladies. There is one older lady who has no customer service skills at all! I lived here for 2 years because it is cheap, but you get what you pay for. NEVER swim in the pool. The water is so gross. You will also not get your full deposit back even if you clean the apartment and it looks better than when you moved in. Don't waste your time. You will probably also have super sketchy neighbors. College kids I suggest you find a more college friendly apartment.

There is currently a bed bug infestation happening. Not the first time. They are charging the tenants for the extermination, which some tenants can't afford. They are not treating the whole building or warning tenants to take precautionary measures.

I found bedbugs in my apartment the first day that I moved in and the management has refused to take responsibility. Don't look at their smiley faces when you want to sign a contract. It ends when you sign it. First thing you ask from them as a resident, they will insult you and yell at you.
