Amazing experience here from the delicious food, amazing staff and cute interior decor. The oxtail pho was incredible--rich, flavorful broth with tender, melt-in-your-mouth oxtail. Our server was so kind and attentive, which always makes the experience so much better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving delicious Vietnamese food!

Really enjoyed the lemongrass bahn mi. Pretty typical bahn mi. Well seasoned. Could use a condiment. The paper plane egg rolls are good (pork and veggies) with a tasty dipping sauce. The fried tofu was probably my favorite dish. Excellent blend of flavors.Nice atmosphere and great service!

Cute space with loads of natural light! Came in for lunch on a Monday and our server was so sweet. I got the oxtail pho and it was tender and hit the spot! There was a good amount of oxtail. It also came with quail eggs, sliced beef meatballs, and a lot of noodles. The broth was pretty flavorful but I could use a bit more pho spices in there. We got the fried spring rolls with the fried rice paper, and it came out hot and crisp. I will definitely come back to try more things

When on the South side of town (particularly if you are headed out on a Crest run) this spot is a solid Vietnamese food restaurant choice. I enjoyed my bahn mi sandwich (5/5). I loved the fresh crunchy exterior white loaf bread. As I took each bite it gave way to a fresh, soft and pillowy inside white bread experience. It did a fantastic job wrapping up my Vietnamese style meat and veggies. Everything in my sandwich had a ton a flavor. I thought the summer rolls (wrapped in rice paper) were excellent and that dipping sauce was on point! I'll always get an order of that every time I'm here. The service was top notch and I loved the decor too. It's more of a quick in and out kind of experience which was perfect between running errands. I'll be back! November 2023

Went to a work lunch here and was pleasantly surprised! From the food to the service everything was excellent! We split the chicken bahn mi and garlic noodles. The garlic noodles had so much flavor and the noodles were perfectly cooked. All the ingredients in the bahn mi were fresh and the bread was so good! Our waiter was so nice and had a smile on his face the entire time. It was such a great spot for lunch and we will definitely makes this place a regular!

The café offers traditional dishes such as pho, rice or vermicelli platters, and bánh mì. They did well on the décor. The straw hats, small tables, and the accent wall with the wooden shutter were reminiscent of the things we saw during our recent trip to Vietnam. Friendly customer service. Good Vietnamese coffee, and I think they used Café Du Monde, since I tasted the chicory. The 'paper plane' egg rolls (limited-time offer) were delicious. The pho was okay since it lacked the beefy flavor and spices. However, they do have the meatballs that I love. It was a bit of a drive, but we will return since the rest of the menu had potential.

Nón Lá Cafe is the newest Vietnamese restaurant for South Oklahoma City. Is it worth it? The short answer is "yes" for people who live nearby but for people living in North Oklahoma City, I feel there are many Vietnamese restaurants that can easily take this role. I've tried most of what the restaurant has to offer. The garlic fried tofu sticks is a little too salty. They are coated with garlic salt, just a little too much. I really like the texture of the tofu, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Just needs to back off on the garlic salt. I've tried 3 entrees: pho, stir fry udon bowl, and egg noodle bowl. Haven't tried their vermicelli bowl or their bánh mì, but probably won't due to distance. Pho is the best. Contrary to what other people have said, I do think the broth is umami, due to MSG, but it does taste good. The egg noodle bowl is better than the udon bowl. They both have a similar taste with both noodles being stir fried in a sweet and salty sauce. The only difference is the noodle with egg noodle being smaller than udon. The other aspect of why I preferred egg noodle is because their udon bowl is more oily. Overall, my impression of Nón Lá Cafe is a good Vietnamese restaurant for South Oklahoma City. For people that live on the North side, there are equally or better options available.

The food is super delicious. My new favorite Pho place in south OKC. I got the Oxtail meatball pho and it's going to be my next go to order here. It's rich in protein and flavor. The service is also amazing. Our server is very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is so cute!

Excellent pho. I had the brisket and it was really good and worth a try. The pho stock is as good as I've ever had. I'll definitely come back.
