2nd review on this company, they have changed names now to Nissan of Tulsa. My truck is still in the shop, this is now going on over 2 months. I got truck back for 2 days this week and about had to have it towed back to the dealership. Issues still exist and from what I was told the lead mechanic, Cody, said he is no longer touching my truck. They still don't care about the customers, they brought in new people to 'clean up' the service department but things are no better. They claim they are trying to get it fixed, but they still don't answer phones when I call up there, it's almost like they are screening my number now cause it's sent straight to vmails. They tell me they will call me by a certain time everyday or certain days and they don't. And when I finally get a hold of someone try act like I'm inconveniencing them. I own a remodeling company, and this is my only truck. They have killed my business since I have no truck to work. Over 7 months of dealing with this place they have had my truck more than I have. I am here struggling and they continue to collect their paychecks... be very cautious with them. Cody, the lead mech, stood in the service area and verbally harassed me, called me a liar. I told the service manager this and he laughs and blows it off... be very cautious of this service department.
