Tomato soup was awesome. We always enjoy the complimentary bread sticks and the folks that work there are friendly and efficient. This place is clean and convenient and comfortable. We enjoy visiting here and the food is always consistently good!

This place is great. Sitting in a sea of crappy places to eat in the area it's nice to see a better choice. The food is not cheap but the food is much better than most places in the area unless you like the junk Fort Smith and Van Buren has to offer. I've been here a few times and have been satisfied for sure. Clean kitchen and overall good quality.

Nothing here to be excited about. NOTHING!!!! Their menu is confusing and doesn't match what you receive. Oh, and by the way, even though their menu doesn't say so: all of their sandwiches are served warm! Which I find WEIRD. I ordered the Ham & Swiss sandwich, and after waiting forever, my sandwich didn't even have any cheese on it. I notified an employee and they brought me another half sandwich....but, still just a very, very small piece of cheese? This time it was cold instead of warm however; the bread was awful looking. I didn't even bother trying to eat that white glob of mess. Gross! My husband said his Chicken Tortilla soup tasted good, but it was not hot. Why is it difficult to serve HOT soup? My Mom said her Chef Salad was good, but the dressing wasn't served on the side so the lettuce got too limp, too fast. But, her salad was not worth the high price she paid for it. Everything was lackluster. We weren't impressed. We will not be back!

Food is good. However every single table and seat in the restaurant was dirty. The folks ordering before us asked for a spot to be cleaned as well. The clerk had problems with the card and had to swipe the card three times. Kinda sketchy

It was perfect. My husband just had a tooth pulled and soup was what he needed. Newk's has the best soup at a fast food restaurant. It was my first time trying the Lobster Bisque and I thought it was great!

My husband and I were out and about doing some shopping and decided to try Newk's and we are glad we did! My husband got the French Dip sandwich and Loaded Potato soup and I got the Newk's Q Pizza and a house salad. All of our dishes/sides were very yummy, fresh, and overall enjoyable. We decided to eat outside and it was great. Very clean and the employee who brought our food out to us was very nice and came to check on us a couple times. We will be returning soon!
