Today I decided to buy a car and I have not done so in 10 years, so I had a lot of anxiety about it. When I walked into Nelson Mazda, I signed my name and waited on an associate. Walking in I knew that they were noncommissioned and had flat $500 documentation fee. I told the associate the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and did so. I've then decided to purchase the vehicle that day. The payment and documentation was seamless and not stressful. Barbara helped me and was very kind knowledgeable and not pushy. She went over warranty details, and the service has been done on the vehicle.While I was there, I did notice they had free variety of coffee and water and root beer. I even noticed that they welcome small dogs! I will be able to pick up my car in a few days, and I am very excited for the new vehicle but grateful for how easy it was to complete the sale of my new to me, used vehicle.

I've been coming here since 2019 my sister bought a car, had a great experience! So when it came time for me to get one I came and have been a repeat customer ever since. With a grand total of 14 plus cars over the last few years that either I bought or I brought someone in and they purchased a vehicle.This time I found one I liked and did the paperwork it was late. They were going to do some last-minute detailing and the next day I came to finish the paperwork and didn't even go look at it because I just saw it yesterday nothing should be different. Jokes on me. It had a chip in the paint on the front that they touched up.... But they got overspray on everything. The entire bumper had overspray, headlights, grill, and fog lights. They told me to bring it back the next time I'm free and they will fix it no problem. It's right after Christmas before New Year's so they were closed I brought back the next business day they were open. I loved the car, but this wasn't the car I purchased. It looked like it had been wreaked and someone spray painted on it to fix it. Embarrassing. It's within "3 days 300miles" so I told them I didn't want it. I'd get something else. That's when they told me that really doesn't mean 3 business days. 3 actual days. Which was Sunday (closed) and Monday (New Year) (closed) so they told me they would fix it.So I arranged a way to leave it and get back home. They told me it was fixed. I asked my roommate to take me there again. (It's about 30 minutes out of my way) and it looked the same. They did some rim repair on 2 rims and didn't touch the paint. So I left it again.Still haven't heard anything...don't even want it anymore and I'm betting I'll have to pay a body shop to repair it. 01/12/24 will be two weeks without the car I bought that when I picked it up was damaged by the dealership that I trustED "ED" past tense

Got a flat tire and had the tire warranty being that they were new. When they put a new tire on they then just threw the spare tire in the trunk. Didn't notice it until driving and it was sliding around. It bent and cracked the spare tire cover so now that does not lay flat and is curved.

Overall a great experience at Nelson Mazda Tulsa. My boyfriend purchased a preowned 2015 Camaro SS with 24K miles. We made an appointment the day before, and drove down from Kansas City the next day. The Nelson Mazda Tulsa facility recently underwent major renovations so it was looking very fresh - almost Apple Store like - with plenty of comfortable waiting and conferencing areas. But we didn't have to wait! Alex, our sales associate, met us promptly, offered us complimentary beverages, introduced us to the Team Lead, and gave us a run down of the process and the car itself. Next, we took it for a test drive. Then, we gave it a full inspection. Lastly, we went inside to complete the paperwork and purchase! Alex and all of the Nelson Mazda staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and patient. Their motto is to make purchasing a car as fun as driving it! The process from beginning to end took a little less than 2 hours. The staff isn't commission based so it feels more like they are working for YOU and less for the commission. A majority of the paperwork was via electronic signature and printed at the end for your records. Thank you Nelson Mazda for making our car purchasing experience fun and painless!

The staff at this company are incompetent and inefficient. They cannot even get a customer's email address correct, sending emails to someone who doesn't even live in USA nor has EVER visited Tulsa. Despite being asked to remove said details from their database, they have even passed those details on to another organisation, who also email said non-customer to a harassing degree.If they can't even verify a customer's email address correctly, it makes you wonder just how efficient they are in the more important aspects of their business!Don't use unless you are pleased that you will never receive pertinent emails and are happy with the thought of non-customers being harassed instead!

So far so good. I moved to Tulsa from S California and Nelson Mazda has become a great place to get quick service. When my car has needed some service help, the service staff answers the call right away, is super friendly and always fit me in either same day or within a day or two. Desiree helped me a few times now and she couldn't be more thorough and caring. When I stop in, she's quick to get my service checks I under ten minutes and provide options from there. She also provided me with an awesome loaner rather than making me wait to get my tire fixed, knowing I had my baby to get home to. They have such a nice, clean facility not to mention great root beer and they truly listen to their clients

Zero stars. Took my car in for a tune up paid 600 for them to mess my car up worse. Then for some reason I magically don't have oil in my car now. I do not have an oil leak. So they drained the oil out of my car and messed it up on purpose just so I can bring it back. When I called she said we would have to check are work. Are you kidding me. You will never touch my car again. That's why I didn't buy it from you all because you all are crooks and stealing people's money. If you want a good price on a mazda, actually 10,000 less than what they are selling them for please go to Hiley Mazda in Texas.

My vehicle does not warm up properly. which means no heat and was told no problem found. New car with no heat, maybe after 25 minutes of driving will start to get some heat
