Natural Muse

This review is for the newer 14th street location. I hadn't been to muse in a few years as the Walton location forgot bacon on their signature burger multiple times and sometimes had a closed dining area.We were very happy with the new location. Clean inside and great service. Their hand cut fries are absolutely delicious as well as their homemade ranch and Muse Sauce. I got the Muse burger which was juicy, yet not greasy. Overall, one of my favorite local handcut fry and burger combo in NWA!

I went to the new drive thru and was dying for a grilled chicken sandwhich but this location only has burgers...so I bought one and it was sooo good! My boyfriend loves burgers and I knew there was another location on 14th st and we were in that neighborhood so we went there. They had grilled chicken sandwhiches on the menu so I was excited. We got home and I was so dissapointed. The chicken wasn't grilled! It was fried! And the french fries, ugh. They were saturated in grease, mushy, unedible. And my boyfriends burgers had tomatoes and it was supposed to be a double. They literally ruined everything. I drove back there and gues what? They had closed! No wonder my fries were soggy. They had proabbly alrady turned off the fryer, too early before closing and cooked my fries in there. I emailed the owner and told them of my experience, sent photos and never heard a word back. So, as much as I hate to write a bad review, this is warranted.

Nice staff took our order and did fantastic!!!! Visiting the area and this is nearest the hotel ... We wanted to dine inbut they were closing soon Got drive thru and the food was piping hot. Our order was accurate and I definitely will return when in the situation of hunger and the girls request this for dinner as they did on this night. Chicken, burgers and fries. Big portions!!! I have been recommending this burger place as the best in the area. When people come in the area looking for a recommendation, Natural Muse WAS my go to. My family member wanted to treat us to burgers. What we got was 2 instances of missing food and burgers that were dry and small. I plan to boast no more as this was a reflection of how the food is going downhill. The service appeared to be a positive experience when talking to the employees but like I said , the order was messed up twice.

Have read several reviews so thought I would swing by. Only drive thru service currently. Ordered a double burger with bacon and cajun fries. Also got the muse sauce which is like a spicy honey mustard and was tasty. As I have read in a couple of reviews the patties are thin so I highly recommend ordering the double. All of the condiments were fresh and both fries and burger were served hot. Really enjoyed the cajun fries

A weekly staple for my little household. Natural Muse makes a great burger and their fries are so addicting!!Mondays are BOGO, which is a GREAT deal!My boyfriend and I get the Original Burger (I get a single with bacon and cheese, and he gets the usual). I'll preface with this: their burgers aren't huge - I have once even gotten 2 because I was so hungry and they're so good. Idk what they do specifically that keeps me wanting more, but the bun is so golden, the bacon is crispy, the cheese is melting, and THE CAJUN FRIES with MUSE SAUCE come out hot and delicious!Muse also has impossible burgers for any vegetarians out there (or just fans of the impossible burgers).I've heard their chicken sandwich is also good, but haven't tried it yet.Don't let the reviews or the green building deter you, Natural Muse makes some great burgers. Yes, maybe they're a little smaller and a little pricey compared to McDonald's (where I would NOT even eat a burger from), but their quality is good and is worth a try!

I took a trip around the drive thru after passing by this restaurant day after day. The restaurant shares an entrance with the strip mall parking lot, making it a little tricky to navigate. The menu is limited and I ordered 2 beef burgers for the road. Brought them home to find out they were a bit dry and underwhelming. They weren't juicy and greasy like I was looking forward to. Kind of disappointing for regular burgers, but they do have other options on the menu.

Management is rude and disrespectful. Dining room is still closed for some reason. Out of chicken on a Friday when half their menu is chicken. Don't bother going back if they mess up order because they will not fix nor will they stand behind anything they give you for future.

My husband and I ordered two burgers and a box of fries yesterday at the Muse in Bentonville AR. Our patties were so rare & red & bloody. My husband had to finish cooking them. We were very disappointed.
