Ate lunch on a Saturday and hardly anyone there at 12 ish . Took awhile for service (might of been short handed ) but the waitress was nice and helpful .I asked if the eggplant was freshly made and not already packaged up and was told fresh but far from it (very rubbery). That was my only complaint

Off I-49 @ exit 85. This location is close to the interstate. Has separate bar and dining areas. Host seated us quickly. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered Viva Italian (Alfredo sauce with chicken Italian sausage mushrooms) and the Sausage pepper Parmesan dish that was like pizza in a pasta form. Soup and salad. Both were flavorful and delicious. Complimentary bread and oil/Italian seasoning dip. Portions reasonable. Prices competitive. Would return.

Nice interior but the food was lacking and didn't taste authentic. The complementary bread with the garlic basil oil was the star of the show, if not, the best item out of everything we ordered.Fried Calamari (2/5) - tough and dry....and the sauce over powered the calamari, I wished they had a different sauce.Veal Marsala (3/5) - flavor was lacking and it wasn't seasoned that well. The veal it self was well cooked though.Chefs Special (3.5/5) Bread + Basil Garlic Oil (4.2/5) - fresh, soft, and the oil was so yummy with the bread! Complementary too!!

Been here 4-5 more times and each time I come I am a little more disappointed. On this trip we were seated quickly but the restaurant was fairly empty at dinner time. I ordered lasagna and Caesar salad. I have had the Lasagna before I really liked it. Not sure where the Caesar dressing came from but never had one like this, it was not very good and the salad must have had 25-35 croutons. Not your classic Caesar for sure. The lasagna had a very sweet red sauce that was odd. There was so little meat I actually pulled the lasagna apart to find ground beef scattered very lightly around. Maybe a spoonful? I ate about half my food and stopped. My wife has the chicken piccata and tomato basil soup and enjoyed both. The service was odd at best. The server kept setting our drinks, food and bill on the opposite end of the table, I had to stand to reach these items. Twice she did reach across my wife to hand me something. More training is really needed.

What a pleasant surprise tonight. We expected the commonly found local Italian place that is better than a chain restaurant but sorta bland, and predictable.WRONG.Napoli is a well-appointed place that is still comfortable, not stuffy. Pretty interior, well spaced and handles crowds extremely well. And the place should be crowded. Creative dishes, well prepared, generous servings and totally reasonable prices. Our likes: cocktails were above average. A pretty decent old fashioned.Garlic rolls could be more garlicky but the dipping olive oil was solid. Recommend adding the stuffed mushroom app--plenty of crab and a great sauce perfect for more bread dippingEntrees impressive. Vivo Italia had just enough rigatoni but then a very full serving of chicken, sausage and mushrooms. Sauce was tasty not too heavy. My spouses baked spinach ravioli got a big thumbs up.Service was attentive and professional. Plenty of parking too.

Decided to give their sit-down dining a go.......was defintely worth it.When you walk in the door, you can smell all the wonderful goodness of what you are about to be served. Our server, Linda, was definitely on it......anytime my water glass got low, she would take it and refill it away from the table. Little details like this are what differentiate a good restaurant from a great restaurant. Food-wise, you better be hungry when you get here.....the meal started out with bread and olive oil, which was nothing short of fantastic. My mistake was I should have slowed down on the bread.....we decided to try the deep fried ravioli, which was pretty darned excellent. Main course was up next.....my wife had the lasagna, and I had the sausage pepper parmigana. Both, in my opinion, were nothing short of fantastic, and tasted really good the next day (back to the bread - I was so full I could not finish my meal). Definitely 5 out of 5 stars......

The food was ok, service was no good. Then they want to add 4% more to pay with a debit card. The manager would not wave the 3.00 fee. I will never be back

Service was extremely good, Sam was a new and very nice server, the restaurant itself was nice and very fancy. The food was really good, I got the spaghetti and meatballs, gave us really good bread, VERY good mozzarella sticks, and good tomato soup. 10/10 would recommend.

OMG!! Fresh bread with Olive oil dip, great wine & the tortellini was melt in your mouth amazing! Oh & the Tiramisu was spot on. Service was excellent! Very friendly & efficient. Ambiance was casual & extremely relaxing. Loved the music. Felt like we had taken a lil Trip to Italy. It was my husband's birthday & our 37th wedding anniversary. perfecto !! Only issues we had - we were first ones there there when they opened & we were seated in a corner between the kitchen, silverware counter, restrooms & the staff chatter that seemed to be making fun of us Otherwise the place was fantastic! We would still give them 5 .Thank u for making our night special

Service was nice and we were seated immediately on a busy Saturday night. The ambiance and lighting in the restaurant fit the Italian theme as well. The appetizers were great. We had the Caesar salad, raviolis and bread with garlic oil. The entrees left more to be desired. I had the chicken parm and my wife had the sampler plate. The marinara had a certain sweetness that I was not a fan of, and there was just too much sauce. The chicken was prepared well. Overall, the meal was average with a price tag of an above average dining experience.
