Really disappointed by the quality of my salad. Nothing was fresh except the lettuce!! There were maybe 2 pecans, the beets, mandarins, and pears were all canned, while we have fresh ones at home, and the "goat cheese" was standard feta not the chèvre I would typically think of when a menu lists goat cheese. The mushroom spinach pizza was overly rich and the mushrooms were also possibly from a can, though I wouldn't swear by it. Still disappointing from a place that claims "locally sourced, made from scratch, seasonal" on its menu. The margarita pizza was excellent and our server was lovely. But overall disappointing when I was hoping for a nice meal. Unrelated to the food--you can see the men's urinals from the bathroom hallway if someone opens the door. Also less than appetizing!

We came in on a Tuesday late afternoon and I was kinda expecting leftover lunch items, but no, our service was prompt, and our food was fresh and absolutely delicious! The entrance is tucked away in a corner, but once inside, the restaurant is spacious and the ambiance is very classy! We're already looking forward to coming back :)I definitely recommend trying Napa Flats!

Has this happened to you when ordering gluten-free? As a Celiac, I feel like I run into issues that would never be chill with the general public. Yesterday my husband and I went to Napa Flats in Tulsa, Oklahoma for lunch before flying home. The restaurant was suggested to me by the gluten-free Tulsa Facebook group. I noticed that the queso appetizer was marked as gluten-free and was $10 on the menu. It didn't say what it was served with and our server told me it was served with corn chips when I asked. I told him I was Celiac and asked if it was fried together with the fried chicken, which would contaminate it. He told me it was in a separate fryer. Afterward he came back and told me the chef didn't think that it was safe for celiacs so they were subbing vegetables. I got a small plate of baby carrots and cucumber - not enough to eat all the queso with, and they charged me $2 extra for it! You'd think if it's marked $10 and gluten-free, they wouldn't charge you extra to make it "for real gluten-free." Undisclosed charges are the sort of thing that makes eating with an autoimmune disease infinitely more annoying. In total we ordered:- Korean rib appetizer - $13- gluten-free Napa Queso with vegetables - $12- Pork chop with mashed potatoes and green beans $22- gluten-free Chicken Sonoma with steamed vegetables $21The food tasted good, were large portions and looked nice. While it was a cloudy, stormy day, it's right on the river so you could eat outside with a river view in better weather.Would I go back? I'm not sure. Undisclosed charges always put a sour taste in my mouth.Visited: April 2024

I must say I am VERY shocked this place has the reviews it has. The food was subpar at best! The hostesses at the front were very kind, as were the wait staff. But the food was a heavy miss for me. I started out with an order of calamari. When it arrived at the table it had a very fishy smell to it, but I decided to still try it anyway. It was pretty gummy too. It came with two sauces, one tasted like a marinara fresh out the can and the other one reminded me of a thousand island type vibe. Although I'm sure it was supposed to be a creole or remoulade type vibe. I decided to opt for a burger, which was another miss. I ordered it medium and it actually came medium, BUT it was a once frozen patty that just got charred on the outside, so it tasted incredibly burnt. The fries also had a really odd taste to them. Not sure if it was the seasoning or what but...meh! My kiddo had a pepperoni pizza that tasted like it came from a kids activity place. It reminded me of Chuck E. Cheese pizza, very styrofoam ish! I always find it interesting that if a restaurant takes away whole plates of mostly uneaten food that they don't even inquire about your dining experience. I was going to try the gelato, but the case looked very sad with not too many selections, so I decided against that as an option. Overall, I don't think I'd try this one again!

We have NEVER had a bad experience here. I usually don't frequent (or review) a lot of chain restaurants. Since it's the only one in Oklahoma, I'm not sure that it qualifies.Regardless, service and food is always great. Three of us met for a quick early dinner. We sampled the chicken Caesar, the beet/arugula salad, and the pepperoni pizza. We usually check out the specials of the night but I guess we wanted some lighter fair.The owner/manager usually is always on the floor checking in with patrons. Nice touch. And, the gelato girls (or guys) are always friendly to greet you on the way in.

First off, while in Tulsa we went twice to this restaurant. The location of this restaurant is inviting, it's in a beautiful plaza right by the water. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed by a wood fire smell. We didn't have a reservation and they were able to seat us immediately. Kind hostess both times and our waiter and waitress were both nice and attentive to our table. All of our plates were delightful! The food came out hot and everyone said their dinner was full of flavor. To finish off your meal, they offer dessert and gelato if you're up for it. Overall we had a wonderful and elevated experience. Give this place a try if you're in the Tulsa area.

Located next to Red Rock and we seem to always chose Napa when it comes to brunch. I like the chill atmosphere here Vs Red Rock. Tonight we came to try their pizza. We've been here so many times for brunch and have been I think twice for dinner but we've never tried their pizza so tonight we came for that. I've had their parm chicken in the past and loved it! We started off with the Palo-Alto dip. We had never tried it and was told it's their most popular appetizer. The ingredients are Sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and green onions blended with ricotta and cream cheese. The waiter said he's not a sun-dried tomato fan and that it didn't taste like it and I'm not a huge sun dried tomatoes person but I couldn't get past the first bite. I just kept imagining sun-dried tomatoes. So my boyfriend got to have the appetizer to himself hahaWe ordered the Mush and Spin but without spin haha and Carnivore. The mushroom pizza was just ok. I wouldn't get it again. It seemed like the mushrooms used were the white button mushrooms that had no flavor. It would've been better with say like shiitake and crimini mushrooms. The menu said it came with whipped ricotta but I didn't see much of that. I love ricotta so I wish there was more on the pizza. The caramelized onion was a nice layer to the pizza though. I loved the Carnivore pizza! So much flavor! The meats on the carnivore are: Italian sausage, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and bacon.Service was great as usual. We sat in the bar area in the booths. Im giving 4 stars because this is our go to Brunch spot!Of course we will be back for brunch but probably not their pizza.
