In terms of Asian grocery goods, Nam Hai International Market is the best. It's cheaper than Pan Asia. Their vegetables are pretty good, sometimes not fresh though. I feel like this is the area where Pan Asia is ahead. Sometimes, they sell certain items really cheap when they are trying to get rid of things either before the expiration date. A prime example would be frozen boxed durian. In terms of their premade food products, the fried whole fish is the best.

It's Nam Hai.... not a lot more to say than that. One of, if not the oldest Asian market in Tulsa, it's probably got almost anything/everything you need for not only Asian cooking, but other ethnic cuisines as well. It's crowded, stuff is on pallets, and the sheer volume of products can be a bit intimidating, but it's a fun place to shop. It's not as convenient for me as I wish, living in Owasso, but it's not a huge trip either.Been a customer for years and will be for years more.

This is the place to go if you're looking for hard to find - international foods! They literally have everything you could imagine when it comes to asian foods!!! The produce is insanely fresh, the meat/seafood market has so many options and grocery aisle has an abundance of options!!! I go for the japense sweet potato which is sooooo amazing!!! If you're looking to step out of your comfort zone for new produce, that is a must try!!! In addition to that, there's fresh papaya salad, jack fruits, chili peppers, curry, supple aloe vera leaves and every ethnic seasoning you could wish for. LITERALLY EVERYTHING! I'm a lover of asian cuisine and culture so this was a great find!!!The staff is super friendly and literally every patron their shares recipes and tips on how to cook new foods you're trying for the first time!

I had nothing to compare them to (other Asian markets) in Tulsa, and barely give them 3 stars on selection alone: they have several varieties of just about everything. The produce selection was good but the quality wasnt super fresh. The seafood/meat was not great and almost all frozen, very little fresh. Their biggest weakness is the lack of pricing on most of the dry goods: its a crapshoot to know if your bag/bottle of special sauce is gonna cost $1 or $10.Dont compare this to the Asian markets in a big international city (esp Houston's Ranch 99), its not fair. For Tulsa, it'll do.

Nam Hai is one of the largest store and truly is an International market serving a variety of ethnicities and cultures. I've been going since I discovered it 20 years ago when it was down the block across from the TAG agency. Ms. Lloy still runs the market & it's good to see she's kept it even as it has expanded. Most of the items are well labeled but sometimes they aren't & it can be hard to find floor staff. Then when you do you may find yourself going to the front or in the back to the seafood section to find someone who knows a price or speaks English. Customer service is nice as the staff & other customers help each other and the variety of items is amazing. If you don't know what something is you can type it in your phone & Google will come through. . They offer items to be bought in bulk, it can be an adventure exploring all the aisles & you're bound to see some new and interesting.

It's an amazing place, huge with so many variety of products. From chicken to fish, live fish, meats, octopus, drinks, dishes, traditional clothing, etc. You can find anything. They have a full hallway of Hispanic foods which is very nice. The place looks clean but I didn't visit the restrooms. The staff is wearing masks. They have Chinese music and some cool decorations, makes you feel you are in China. We like coming here to get our favorite snacks and fish.

Love the revolving selection and the overall atmosphere but sadly I am CONSTANTLY ending up with out of date items :( if they would check and prune out these things i would easily give 4-5 stars but I really shouldn't have to check the dates on simple dry goods. One of the drinks I bought was literally A YEAR OUT OF DATE. Others were multiple months out. I think I will be giving my business elsewhere unfortunately but I really do hope they improve
