I found Julie and Sergio to be very easy to work with during the ordering process, through the delivery and assembly process. They advised me well as to which exact bed I should order.When the third party delivery company failed to deliver my bed ontime for family that was going to be visiting, they went the extra mile to expedite the delivery after the fact and even gave me a refund for a reasonable portion of the delivery cost for the delay, even though the problem wasn't created by them.Sergio made himself available to me to help clarify some of the assembly and sent me some replacement parts that had been compromised due to my mistakes on the assembly.All in all, I feel very comfortable and motivated in recommending both Julie and Sergio for their outstanding customer service as well as their top quality comfortable bed which we have since used numerous times.TomRichmond, CA
