MOSA Hibachi & Sushi Japanese Express

I first had this place back in the summer of 2019 when I was traveling with a newborn. I never forgot how good it was and finally got a chance to eat it again tonight. It's really good and the price point can't be beat. I would advise that the meat be cooked a little less. My steak was completely well done and slightly chewy. It was seasoned well though and the yum-yum sauce is perfection. Service is friendly. Cannot wait to have it again.

Although many people can argue that sushi from a food truck in the Midwest sounds fishy, It is some of the freshest sushi in the Joplin area. I have eaten here more than I can count and am always pleased with the service and quality of the food. If you aren't used to sushi I would advise that you start with a bento box or a simple California Roll. Both are delicious for first timers! My personal favorite is the Super Mario roll. This one is a little more expensive but so worth it! Sushi is normally pretty expensive but these prices are fairly reasonable. You might find prices range from 7-12 dollars a roll. Definitely stop by and try some of their delicious sushi!

As a newcomer to the area I have to say I was so excited to know there was a Sushi spot- and this place does not disappoint! Completely totally and unbelievably delicious!! Prices are good- people are nice- I've been hooked since the first try! Definitely recommend!

We had 3 meals, all were great, but the hibachi shrimp was my favorite. Fast and friendly. You won't be disappointed

this is by far the best sushi i have ever had! although, they forgot about are order.. they gave us a free can of soda and quickly made our meal afterwards. safe to say this place is must try food truck!!

Great little place to get quick Hibachi. Heard a lot of good about the Miami, OK location and I was excited to try it once I found out there was one less than 5 minutes from my new place. In the scope of Hibachi, for the little time you wait to get your food, I'd put this place at about a 7.5. Very good portions and honestly better than I had initially expected for quick Hibachi, but not show-stopping, obviously. My one real "complaint", if you even want to call it that, is that one or two of the employees I have personally experienced there were a little sub-par with customer service in how they interact with the customer. Could've been a rough day for them, though, or just an unlucky experience, so I'm not even counting that as a complaint or issue. All-in-all, this is a great tasting, in-and-out, friendly place and they know what they're doing. If you're close to a MOSA and want a quick bite of Hibachi, I definitely recommend.

I've eaten at a lot of food trucks, most of which were in major metropolitan areas. Who would have thought that you could get food like this from a food truck in Miami, Oklahoma.Everything is made fresh and tastes great! The amount of food you get for the price is well worth it!

It wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing either. For the price it's good. But if you are craving a good sushi taste this will be the best you find in Joplin at least. I did not like that they were not wearing masks in the food truck.
