My husband surprised me with a one night stay in this beautiful inn! We stayed in the Yesteryear Room and it was perfect. The bed was comfy, the room cozy and the hot tub was private and the perfect addition! We walked to dinner and came back and enjoyed a glass of wine in the back sitting area. The staff was so friendly with complimentary cookies and wine (not only white...wish there was a red option) in the evening. And breakfast...it was delicious and the perfect portions. Everyone who helped us was lovely and I think I convinced my hubby the Bed N Breakfast Inns can be fun!

We chose the Montford Inn for a one night stay while traveling thru Oklahoma on Interstate 40. Although it is a little out of the way from I40, we were seeking a comfortable B&B. The Inn is located in a residential part of town. Our room was a corner room, The Morning Song on the first floor and convenient to all parts of the Inn. Parking was available in the rear as well as the front driveway. The room had a king bed, large walk in shower and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast, snacks and wine was included. Breakfast service was prompt and the food was delicious. The smoothie was refreshing. The staff was helpful in recommending restaurants for dinner.

The Montford Inn was recommended by a local family member and it didn't disappoint. We stayed in "Yesteryear" which is located in the back of the house right by the back door which leads to the parking lot - super convenient & quiet. This room has a remote-control electric fireplace, ceiling fan. In the closet, there's an oscillating 3-speed fan, 1 robe, & extra pillows. Comfortable bed & bedding, absolutely delicious breakfast made fresh daily & served 8:00-10:00, easy parking, & super close to everything!! Oh, if they offer you a smoothie for breakfast - take them up on it. It's fabulous!! The next time we're in Norman, this is where we'll be staying. William & Phyllis were friendly, attentive, and made us feel incredibly welcome. Thank you for everything!!

I have to travel to Norman quite a bit for work, and I'd rather stay here than ANYWHERE ELSE (points or not)! It's so incredibly home-like and warm. The breakfasts are phenomenal, and the people are so kind! I look forward to my Norman trips more because of this place.

I don't even know where to start. This was so much fun and we will definitely be going back. We were trying to get away from our house so we could focus on a work convention so we decided to visit the Montford Inn during a Thursday and Friday. The place was very clean and following all Covid procedures. We stayed in the collegiate room which also had a private hot tub outside which was phenomenal. We also received white wine and homemade chocolate chip cookies upon arrival and I wish I could have asked her more cookies because they were so delicious. They have a little snacks and a coffee bar which is really nice we did not partake but it was available. The entire place was very clean very nicely put together and we loved the theme of the room. The Wi-Fi was not the best but I can't really fault of them For that because I know that's an Internet issue but when you are going for business I wish that had been some thing that worked a little better. The breakfast in the morning was really good and we got special mugs as a souvenir. It is a little costly but I think it was definitely worth it!

This was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast. I chose The Montfort Inn based on high reviews. I have to say the Inn was very impressive with its classic interior decorating, clean rooms, cozy cottages, comfy beds, and gourmet breakfasts. William is a fantastic cook, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the Alma Mater room with the Sooner memorabilia, cozy fireplace and awesome hot tub on the screened in private patio. On my last night I woke up at 4 am to sit in the warm hot tub and gaze at the stars. It was so peaceful and quiet. Just a note if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring some earplugs or book one of the beautiful cottages due to the other guests opening and closing doors. I will definitely go back to the Montfort Inn on a weekend gateway for the serenity and great atmosphere.

We stayed here and really enjoyed it. We were in a cottage and it was comfortable, clean, well equipped and had lots of charm. So much better than a chain hotel. The family running it was friendly, welcoming and provided great breakfast conversation. Plus we had a made to order breakfast that was delicious. We would stay there again over anything else in the area. Highly, highly recommended. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

Our group took over half of the main house on my recommendation. Reviews were great and location was great. It is a quaint family owned B&B that includes rooms in the main house and cottages next door if you need more space. Breakfast was divine! Homemade bread, egg casserole, fruit, smoothies.... YUM! We stayed in the Sports Memorabilia room in June. The room was spacious and bathroom was ample. However, it is the warmest room in the main house. They were gracious enough to turn down the AC --- Sorry other patrons... we froze you out. Other members of our group reported their rooms were chilly. If you like to sleep with it cold, then avoid this room but DO NOT AVOID the Montford Inn. The lounge was a great place to recharge and visit with other patrons and the other members of our group. Wine available for free. Fresh baked cookies daily for free. Beautiful patio that I would love to enjoy when it is no blazing hot summer. Easy access to University and restaurants nearby either on foot, in car or with scooter rental. Ideal location. Some of our group opted to stay in hotels by the interstate and were jealous of our accommodations, food, location and amenities offered. They all agreed that Montford was the better option.
