This is a hidden gem in Edmond. I've been to a lot of places, but this one has it all. The atmosphere is a surf vibe and all the island feels. The servers were very accommodating given it was our first visit. They walked us through everything.The food alone is there worth coming back for. The favorite was the teriyaki beef. It was 100% meat with no fatty pieces you might expect. The chicken had that nice char. The tempura shrimp seemed a little out of place, but was ok.The sauces were all really good and they have come products which is a +++++ in my books. We will be back!

Quality and consistency is always key in deciding if I will be coming back to a restaurant. This place is always consistent and the quality is fresh and on point. I love chicken katsu and Pulehu chicken combo, it's always my go to and hits the spot. The sauces are amazing here. Love eating at Mo Bettahs in Edmond. Out of all locations next to Moore, this one always delivers.

Have gone here once but ever since then I have CRAVED it. I got the tempura shrimp and katsu chicken and it was simply one of the best quick foods I have had. Staff super friendly as well. Must try if into Hawaiian food!

Mo' Bettahs is one of my son's favorite places to get lunch. He loves the teriyaki chicken & rice. The interior of the restaurant is really clean & nice, and our food comes out quickly.

being from Hawaii i was so glad to find a plate lunch stop in Oklahoma.. i've been hitting this place since 2023.. then a new 'district manager' came along, Paul, and started shorting all of us on portions.. when i noticed in a visit and brought it to his attention.. he replied w two statements... 'his restaurant is not affiliated with the Mo,bettahs website and he does not have to follow the portions advertised there'.. the second reply was an accusation.. he looked at me and said, 'i've had other customers trying to pull this scheme as well'. This guy has no clue about customer service and is ripping us all off.. Mo'bettahs in Edmond is No'go for me!

This location has gone down hill pretty quickly most unfortunately. The last time we got our plates, it tasted far from fresh, the steak was more like beef jerky than it was steak and the portions were not what they used to be,The high school kids they have working here couldn't care less about anything, which is a reflection of the management in my opinion and is likely the reason for everything else. We have had to wait at the window in the rain while they were finishing up their latest text message before taking our money and they're never friendly. Additionally, I guess they've just stopped making the musubi's? It's on their menu and their marketing pushes them, but they've not had any the last two times we've been by. Which was frustrating since we drove across town just for a musubi. Today, they said the same thing they did last time.. oh sorry we've run out... at 11:30 on a Saturday with no customers? Sure.

I was so excited to try this place but the hype didn't deliver.The food was average, definitely expected more of a Hawaiian feel to it.The macaroni was good but the pork was a little greasy. Probably won't come back since not really what I wanted.

Service was good, and food was even better! Can't believe how empty it was, because the food and prices are amazing. The spicy chicken meal with teriyaki chicken and katsu chicken is sooo good. Comes with tons of chicken!
