Mis Arcos Mexican Restaurant

Great food, great margs, great people. I don't eat the buffet so can't speak to that but the menu service is always delicious.

I really enjoy Mis Arcos. My favorite menu items are the fried flour crunchy shell tacos with shredded beef, onions, peppers, & cheddar (from the buffet), the beef and/or chicken fajitas, and the Birria sauce shredded beef or pork. I also enjoy their chips & salsa. As a Carthage, MO local, I've eaten at this local restaurant many times over the past several years. It remains consistent in flavor & quality, and y he service is very good as well. The dining area is roomy but not all in one big room. It's sectioned off enough to have sound buffers so it's easier to converse with others in your party. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures to sure as I'm not currently at Mis Arcos. However, if you're looking for Mexican cuisine that's not necessarily Tex Mex and is still pretty good and consistent quality, give Mis Arcos a try!

It's ok I guess. I'm pretty picky about Mexican food and prefer the true bold flavors that come with authentic Mexican recipes. The food offerings you receive at this restaurant are anything but that. Definitely bland to my taste buds. Great service though.

Love their food and service is exceptional! I am Hispanic and IMO this is one of the most authentic Mexucan food places in Carthage.

I absolutely LOVE Mexican food. I could eat it every day in some form and never get tired. I am constantly on the search for the best in town. Y'ALL. I think I found it.First of all, Mis Arcos is a large restaurant, and it's very nice inside, very casual, but just a skosh elevated. Lovely Mexican decor. A comfy cozy happy place. They are home to the Mexican Buffet. It is super clean, even during lunch rush. The few times I've been there so far, I've opted to eat off the menu, but I've heard nothing but raves from buffet-goers. Their guacamole is creamy and fresh. Could be a bit more zingy with lime but I did like it very much. We paired it with angry queso (chorizo, mmmmmm) so it was a nice cool/spicy combo. I get the tamales at almost every place I try. These are an excellent version. Perfect texture, super good flavor. Hubby loves street tacos. He had the chorizo, al pastor, and carne asada flavors. He loved them all but the chorizo was the winner. Very friendly staff as well. Mis Arcos is definitely my new go-to Mexican place!

Sunday buffet very good.lots to pick from and kept clean. Service is great Come through from Kansas City to Arkansas and hit this place twice up. Pics to follow

We decided to give this place a try. From the outside, I was a little worried, but once we sat down, we had a great experience. We ordered angry queso(spicy) and it was FANTASTIC! Also ordered the Texas place and it was good. I would recommend this place, and we will be back. Our server was attentive and took care of us. The music was perfect for the restaurant.

Have you ever been to an All You Can Eat Mexican Buffett??? If not...Mia Arcos in Carthage, MO has you covered! Tacos, enchiladas, endless queso & salsa, taco salads, beans, rice, fajitas & MORE. I was in heaven with all of the tasty and fresh options. Did I mention they had a 2 for $5 margarita special?? What a fantastic deal! 10/10 recommend.

Went into the bar for the seafood and it was excellent! The chips and salsa were delicious. The service was quick and very friendly. They were kind enough to turn down the spice on my aguachiles rojo! So surprising to find in Carthage, Mo. So good! Will be back to try the oysters but we were just toooo full! Thank you!
