Miranda's Cake House

On Yelp there is a picture of a delicious looking serving of Miranda's Cake Café biscuits and gravy. Something I can't pass up. Also picture after picture of delightful pastries: scones, artistically decorated cupcakes, cinnamon rolls and amazing cakes. It looked so good that we made a drive to Wagoner, just to give Miranda's Cake Café a try. It turned out to be a miserable mess. The only thing good about this café is the coffee and the very nice lady that was working today. Possibly Miranda herself. I ordered a Mocha and my wife had a dry cappuccino. Both drinks good. Only get coffee here, nothing else. The pastry case was almost empty. A couple of muffins, Danish and cookies, that's all. Not much to choose from. My wife settled on the Danish which was fair. I ordered the double biscuits and gravy. It was disgusting. A room temperature, tasteless bowl of cat food was what I was served. Check the picture. I think most restaurants would be ashamed to set that mess in front of a customer and then charge them $8 for it. When checking out the nice lady asked me "how was the food?" I just smiled and said fine. My morning was ruined, no sense ruining hers too. This visit to Miranda's Cake Café was a failure. Extremely disappointed.

What an unexpected treat on our road trip through town! Our breakfast sandwich was delicious and brilliantly toasted in a waffle iron! The single biscuit and gravy was one of the best I've ever had, and huge and insanely inexpensive to boot! Miranda was so lovely and friendly and she talked me into trying her own latte concoction - the Hocus Pocus. It was an admittedly strange combination of (if I remember correctly!) butterscotch, raspberry, and hazelnut but it was an absolute taste sensation. She makes all of her own syrups in house too, which is pretty amazing. The space is huge and has some cute jewelry, shirts, and other crafty items for sale. Definitely worth a stop off route 69!

Favorite place to go and get some food and a fresh lemonade and just hang out don't forget a cupcake or sweets. FYI they make the cutest cakes

I don't know where to even start, so I will start by saying this absolutely my favorite coffee shop!! I highly recommend everyone try them out if you have not. I am someone who loves to try new things and I also like a surprise so my favorite thing to do is go in for coffee and tell them to surprise me. I have never had a drink I didn't love. I have a new love of coffee for sure and that is thanks to Jen! She is super passionate about her coffee. She strives for each cup to be perfect and I must say she does a dang good job. You know she is amazing at what she does when she is making the espresso and starts over if it does not pull at the right speed...I had no idea but she knows her stuff! Jen is Miranda's sister and they are a great duo for sure. I love going in and visiting while they make my coffee and breakfast fresh. This is not a fast food kind of thing, this is legit amazing food. Miranda is an amazing baker, her cupcakes are BOMB! My favorites are Wedding Cake (simple and perfect) and the PB&J (unique and iconic of childhood favorite Sammy). She does amazing work on cakes too. They are beautiful. These ladies are truly amazing and not only are great at their jobs, but they are the biggest supporters of all of our local businesses as well. They are what makes this place special and why I visit at least once a week. Definitely give them a try, you won't regret it.

Amazing bakery and restaurant! Stopped off for a quick "sweet treat" and stayed for awhile for the amazing service and company! The cupcakes are out of this world delicious! I am coming back to try the muffins because they look incredible!The owner and her sister took the best care of us and spent about half an hour just talking to us and visiting! Cannot recommend Miranda's Cake House enough!

worth it. all the staff were super friendly and kind, didn't rush you to order or anything. food was SUPER GOOD. dessert was also AMAZING. i'll have to come back and try the drinks. the place overall was super spacious and cute!

AMAZING cupcakes and cakes. They are fresh and taste delicious. I've had my daughter's cakes for her birthday done her and they never disappoint. Miranda and the rest of the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful.

We had the best lunch, complete with a cupcake for dessert! This was an amazing discovery!
