Working with this dealership on my second brand new Kia purchase has made me realize I messed up not going back to Ferguson Kia. I have had a less than desirable experience from day one of the purchase of my car. Two months later I thought there would be something that they would do to right the wrong I felt about this dealership but I have yet to have anything that would change my mind.I caution anyone to take a close look at what you wish to expect from a dealership when you buy a car from them. I unfortunately jumped the gun and chose Midtown because they had Tellurides on their lot. I should've been patient. I still love my Kia, but feel as though if somehow I would've had a better experience with the dealership, I would be in love with this purchase just as much as my first one from Ferguson. Customer Service from purchase to service is far more exceptional with Ferguson in my opinion, and of course I'm working from my first purchase vs. my second purchase experience. I give this dealership a two star strictly because they do sell wonderful cars, so it can't be a one for me. Otherwise if it was strictly on the dealership itself, it would be a one star.

I bought a new 2022 Kia vehicle last year. Our experience was fair but this dealership could use some improvement. We appreciated that one of the car salesmen stayed late to help us finish up the purchase of our vehicle with the finance department. However, since it was late no one wanted to stay to show us the vehicle's features and told us to come back the following Monday for this. When we arrived on Monday no one was ready to do this for us and we wasted time waiting on someone. They also did not have the mats that were supposed to come with our vehicle.

I bought a kia from this location a year ago. Yes, a year ago. I purchased a trailer hitch when I bought the car. Was told it would be installed in a week. Several appointments later, still no hitch. If it weren't for Mike, the new maintenance manager, I wouldn't even take my vehicle here for an oil change. I have NEVER gotten through on the phone to service. They only forward calls to a 3rd party answering service. Ya, NEVER once when i asked to be forwarded to the store has someone answered. NEVER, in a year. If it weren't for Mike giving me his personal number, I would NEVER have spoken to the store on the phone. They have locked my keys in the car, smudged oil on my headliner and visor and still, one year later, I have no trailer hitch. The only reason I bought this vehicle is to replace the other vehicles I had with an all in one. Ive had to keep my other vehicle with a trailer hitch and pay to have two vehicles insured for a year with no end in sight. Mike said he talked to the GM to no avail. The owner of the building saw me in my military uniform and tried to sell me the new EV9 without lifting a finger to help with the problem I am having. I was upset after 3 months but have since cooled off, even with the other problems, Mike has done the best he can with an inept leadership and corporate to deal with. Sorry Mike, I don't want you, or your new service team, to take the hit on this but I cant let this company keep making money and who knows how many empty promises. I'll update when (if) they ever fix my problem.

My buying experience with Midwest Kia has been extremely disappointing. I entered into an agreement to purchase a 2024 Kia Carnival on June 14th and was assured it would be ready for pickup on June 16. I flew to Tulsa from Austin, Texas and had to wait five hours in the dealership partly because they couldn't locate the vehicle and because it wasn't ready. As I was leaving, we discovered a dent on the hood and I was assured by the sales manager, Michael and my sales rep Tyler that they would make arrangements to have the dent fixed. They even gave me a written document stating their financial obligations to fix the vehicle. It has been over 30 days and they still have not made the arrangements that they promised and they are no longer responding to my texts or calls. I am extremely disappointed with my buying experience and would to speak with a representative as soon as possible

Please read before buying from this dealership!!There are so many things that make me question why anyone would buy from this dealership ever! I am stuck for now but please let me explain why.First time buying a new car in which my credit card company is financing so you think the process would've been easier, NOPE you're mistaken. I had everything ran through Capital one the only thing they had to do is put all that info in the computer and print out the contract for me to sign. The car I choose was online, they pulled it up and we went for a ride. Now might you the car is 2020 but used with 5000 miles on it. I found flaws right away in which they said they would make sure to take care of before I took it home. What they did was make it look pretty and once I got home I found they did nothing but cover it up. So I took it back and they fixed only one thing the car mats but nothing else since I had driven it home already.When signing the contract the finance man "Todd" whom no longer works there asked if I wanted the GAP and extended warranty and I said "NO". Then after had me sign the contract with it on there. I asked him why I was signing for the GAP and EW he stated that was just to refuse it. Then I got a call from Capital One asking why I included that since it was not on the agreement with them. Last thing, I included my TT&L (title and tag) with Capital one in which I am making my first payment on the 25th of this month but yet to receive the check or title from the dealership. I have text messages from the saleswoman showing the lies they tell to shut up up. DO NOT trust this company!!!!

Save your time and sanity and just go to Kia Ferguson! Stay away from this dealership! Back in August I came to the dealership to get my seat recall fixed. I visited the dealership 5 times to get one issue resolved and it was never fixed. Every time they put the seat panel on they break it. I asked what the issue was and the service manager told me they don't have skilled enough technicians to do the job, and I could just pick up the part and take it to the other dealership in town. It makes me wonder if they actually fixed the recall at all. I emailed the general manager and even the owner of dealership and have not gotten any response back.

Customer service is nonexistent. You cannot get in touch with anyone in service. If you are able to leave a message no one calls you back. They have no loaner vehicles when they have your vehicle for over a month. They don't keep any parts on hand and when they order the part it takes a week or more for them to receive it. When you go back in they have the vehicle for a couple of days before they realize they ordered the wrong part. I won't be going there or recommending this service department.

Purchased a preowned vehicle from them. Had to return on 2 occasions to fix the same problem. the last time being August 21, 2023. It is now September 21 and still no vehicle or updates as to when to expect it. Call and I am told my service advisor will be notified and call me back. I have done this no less than 10 times and still have not received call 1. Arlee Gore my service advisor and Rick (Bolt) Boltinghouse have been zero help in the entire process. All I have received is excuses and broken promises. Stay far away from this dealership and the ensuing headache that follows!!!!!
