I was really impressed with my eye appointment here. Dr Craig was polite, clear and very knowledgeable. The young lady who did all the preliminary work was VERY impressive, she clearly knew her stuff and did a great job of explaining everything she was doing and why. This is such a relief, especially during something like an eye exam that can feel so medieval and intimidating at times. Will definitely be back, greatly enjoyed it.

Since I have extremely sensitive eyes that don't like to be messed with, I hadn't been to the eye doctor since I got Lasik in 2002. Dr. Craig and his staff made my experience as comfortable and un-scary as they possibly could. They don't do that torturous air puff test and they don't make me feel bad when I flinch for the dumbest reasons. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. I don't dread my eye appointments like I used to!

Dr. Craig and staff are always on time and very attentive! He worked really well with my 5 year old and 3 year old children. The movie was a nice touch to help check their vision!

Dr. Craig and his staff are friendly and professional, but never pushy. Dr. Craig helped alleviate a longterm dry eye problem I had been dealing with, and helped me pick some new frames that I have been really happy with.

Terrible! Don't go here. Doctor seemed OK, but the staff that fits customers for glasses left one screw too loose. Not 24 hours later, this tiny screw fell out when I was wearing the glasses on a Saturday morning, just walking around the house! Their hours are very limited (no weekends), so I had to wait til Monday at my lunch break to take it back to be fixed. They told me the temporary screw that my husband had used to make the glasses wearable for the weekend had broken off, and the frames had to be replaced, which meant they had to be ordered. Which meant a second lunch hour wasted on a second inconvenient visit!When I chose to use this business, I was aware of their limited hours. But I had no idea I'd have to make two additional visits to have their staff's error corrected! Their carelessness and disrespect for customers' time is very disappointing, especially when their products are so expensive.

All they want is your money!! They don't care enough to check in on you and actually make sure you get your order!!! My exam and visit went great! They were so nice and helpful. It was after that when my experience just plummeted. I ordered my contacts from them December 16...it is now February 3rd and i STILL have not gotten my contacts from them. They didn't even call me to tell me the "distributor was having a backorder with my contacts" - i had to call them!! I called 2 weeks ago and the people said they would be in within 2 to 3 days...and i just called again and they said they would be in by the end of the week. Again - I HAD TO CALL THEM. They never took the time and decency to call me to tell me there was a delay. Because that would mean they actually care about their customers. They took my money and were done with me. They did nothing to try and repair the relationship either when i told them i had been waiting almost 2 months now! The only reason they aren't getting 1 Star is because the front desk lady was so nice during my visit.

I made my appointment on Feb 12, at 11 am. I waited over an hour just waiting on the doctor and he was in the other room just talking away about nothing. It was my lunch hour, so I was running a little late. I went to the front to ask how much longer it might be. That's when it took a turn for the worst. The doctor comes in still taking his time knowing at this point I'm in a hurry. He tells me he's gonna order a trial pair for me and it will be here within a week. A whole MONTH went by. I called, only to be met with attitude from the office staff. I finally ended up asking them what I did to them to treat me this way. I had waited over a month on contacts I didn't even know would be a good fit, and they didn't even apologize to me. I settled on a trial they had in the office. Welp, since I already paid for the exam, I called and ordered contacts through my insurance. Here I am yet again. Waiting weeks on end. I called Friday, and after finding out who I was, was put on hold and then told the system was down and they'd call me back. No call back. The level of professional is lacking big time. I can't believe the rudeness and spiteful attitudes each one of them in the office portray! Do not go here! Not worth it!
