After months of trying to secure a reservation, we finally dined at Mezzaluna, and it immediately became clear why this new spot is in such high demand--the food is exceptional, and the service is top-notch.Food: Every dish we tried impressed us, but the standout antipasti were the pâté, lingua, and octopus. The lingua was the clear favorite--perfectly cooked and paired beautifully with tuna mayo and dressed arugula. For pasta, the ravioli di manzo stole the show. It's the ideal cold-weather dish: hearty, savory, and comforting without feeling too heavy. The grated fresh horseradish added a refreshing balance, tying the dish together perfectly. The handmade ravioli, made with imported Italian flour, had an incredible chew and held the sauce beautifully. For dessert, we sampled the candy cap mushroom, pistachio, and Meyer lemon gelato. The pistachio and candy cap were uniquely delicious, while the lemon gelato, with its clean and vibrant flavor, served as the perfect palate cleanser to end the meal.Service: In three words--personable, attentive, seamless. In short, our dinner at Mezzaluna was nothing short of outstanding. My wife and I both agree--it's the best Italian restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. We can't wait to return.

Heard good things about this restaurant, and really hadn't found an Italian place nearby that I loved. While the food was very good, it didn't knock my socks off. We had the grilled octopus app, and dungeness crab and lobster pastas for entrees. The service was very good from Theo and Joshua, who were as attentive as they could be. The place was quite busy on a Thursday night, but the acoustics did a nice job of absorbing the noise. I also had to ask to be reseated at a different table, as the original placement was too cramped, esp for a special occasion (anniversary dinner with my wife). We paid a similar tab at Conifer a few months ago, and for the same price, the food was exceptional. Also, I'm withholding a full star for charging me a 3% credit card swipe fee. For a restaurant that probably rings up 75% of its revenue from business customers, this is excessive. I understand this is becoming quite common in lesser restaurants, but at a place with entrees at these prices, you should be able to absorb the swipe fees on your side of the P&L. Don't expect me to cover all or even any of these fees. Who carries cash for an expensive dinner out these days? Not me, nor do your business customers.

Definitely making a return visit! It's a bit farther from Fayetteville when visiting the kiddo but it's worth it. Housemade pasta was excellent all around. Bolognese with papardelle was grrrreat. Everyone loved their meal but can't remember what they got. And, while the gelato was great we were all surprised how yummy my daughter's sorbet was too. Bebe was an excellent server, giving the table her personal favorites (that's how my oldest and I roll - what do the team members love...looking for the non-verbals for sure lol).

Excellent food and atmosphere. Service was outstanding and would definitely recommend. The salmon pasta special was over the top, lamb meatball appetizer was great, and my wife had the gnocchi which she said was the best ever. We will back!

Burrata was so delicious, as well as the lobster pasta! Brisket ravioli was very filling and flavorful. Still one of our favorite places in Bentonville!

Came here with my mom and friend. The interior here is really cool! I love the bar area as it has a high-class vibe. The food is good! I got a cheese platter and Caesar salad. My mom got the carbonara which was delicious. My friend has allergies and both the waiter and kitchen staff was incredibly accommodating and made sure she was able to enjoy her meal stress free.

Finally some delicious, interesting, and great quality Italian in NWA. Homemade gnocchi soft and pillowy, grilled octopus cooked to perfection with a complex romesco sauce, and ravioli packed with filling. Great service, food, and ambience, no notes.

Delicious and well prepared food, amazing service, and lovely decor. I love to see a business based in California decide to open up another location here. The owner is delightful and is managing everything with finesse and professionalism. Portions are perfect - you won't leave feeling stuffed. We will certainly return.

Very great cuisine. Probably some of the best pasta I've had in North America. It was a real treat being able to walk in and get a table. Our waitress, Bibi was also equally fantastic. We had a full spread from the mozzarella bar, to the octopus and each of us got different pastas ranging from the rigatoni to the spinachi ravioli. All in all, it was a great evening. They set up the outside to be filled with heaters, so it was great service all around. We will definitely be returning!
