Managers are awful and insensitive, I was with my brother who is gay and I could constantly hear them bashing him it took everything in me not to cause a scene.Another thing is there sales employees are not trained properly I asked about a shoe and it seemed like he was making stuff up on the spot I told them what I wanted and they kept offering more expensive items that were irrelevant. The selection of shoes are not impressive couldn't find my size asked for help they took 15 plus minutes before telling me they didn't have it. I mentioned my budget 150$ as soon as I said that I received no help. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGERS!

Not what I thought it wasI went in not to shop but to apply for a job. They eyed me up and down like i looked crazy . At that moment I should have walked out, sadly I didn't . I was never called back for a position but that was probably a good thing. The shoe store deserves the boot !!!

I was reluctant to try this shop. I had been to the Mall and DSW. I was tired of Shoe Shopping. Ugh. My husband said just one more and then we would call it a day. I am so glad that he persuaded me to stop. I LOVE THIS STORE. This just might be my new Favorite Store!! Jordon and Ish were awesome. No pressure, just helpful. It was almost closing time and they did not rush me around. I found the shoe I had spent 3 hours looking for! I did not think that they were overpriced. I like quality and name brand, and I am wiling to pay a reasonable, competitive price for it.If you are looking for bargain basement quality and pricing, this isn't Payless Shoes.We had a very pleasant chat with Ish at the register.WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Holy cow. This place is WAY more than shoes. Half the place is shoes and half are clothes. There's a ton of variety of shoes, from heels to sneakers. This place has an impressive selection of Merrell, Birkenstocks, and Tevas. I think they carry literally every single style and color of those brands. The display walls in the back are pretty amazing. Clothes vary from yoga (they carry Alo here!!) to casual (like Lucky brand).They also have a decent selection of camping-ish/outdoor gear.Only downside are the high prices, even on sale clothes.

Good selection of Birkenstocks. Not many of each size. The guy that helped us was very friendly and helpful. The woman at the counter, not so much. Not very friendly.

Great service and a BIG selection!! I love a good local store! It really is a one stop shop! They got tons of backpacks and shoes! With great brands like Ugg, Hoka, Ons, Birkenstocks, Yeti, Northface and so much more!! Definitely recommend to Tulsa!

Is this store closing? They used to be full of racks of clothing & lots of shoes & now there is lots of empty space & empty shelves.

I bought shoes there for my sister around the Christmas season. When my sister tried them on, they were too small. However, the box was lost. I still gave the store a call. They said and I quote "As long as the shoes are in good condition, we still take them for refunds." I said "ok great" I went into the store a few days later, what do they say to me? Nope we need the box. Terrible communication. They don't care about customers clearly. And the shoes are in great condition. Moral of story, don't believe anything they say on the phone.

Service has gone downhill. As soon as you let it be known you are looking for a sale item the clerk goes back to talking to her co-workers and ignoring the customer. $180 for running shoes?
