McCoy Jewelers

The McCoys are great. This is a family owned and operated small business. My family has purchased jewelry and also had custom jewelry made by Matt. In addition they have repaired jewelry for us. If you have a vision for what you want, if they don't have it in store, they will either make it or find it for you at market. You can't beat the service, quality, and value they provide.

It has been many years ago, but, the gold nose piece on my frameless eye glasses broke. Dana Mccoy repaired it and it never broke again. It was very affordable. I do not wear much jewelry, but, I do have a ring with a broken prong i'm going to take to McCoys for repair.

I have a lot of jewelry and have purchased many items from McCoy jewelers. They are top notch and the work they do on repairs and adjustments cannot be beat. The staff is accommodating and always contributes and enhances decisions about making the item better.I have since moved to another state, but will be sending my jewelry to them. Matt and Dana are the best in design and workmanship.Thank you!

Won't ever do business again with them. Was happy with the service years ago but the business has changed and is very poor. Had an appraisal done that was so far off I went to two other jewelers who said there was no way they could make a ring like it for the appraisal value. Went back and they weren't confident they could either! But wouldn't change their appraisal, makes sense...go it reappraised and there was a $2,000 difference which aligned with the other jewelers. Service was also poor, lady was very arrogant. They over price everything and make average jewelry compared to other jewelers in town.

I was in a pinch when my local master jeweler could not complete the the job I needed done. I was notified two and a half days before my daughter's wedding that he did not have the materials to solder her rings together with his laser. I asked him who he would recommend to get this job done. He told me McCoy Jewelers in Bartlesville. I called McCoy's and was able to talk to Matt ,a master jeweler, and explain my special circumstances that involved rose gold and heat sensitive stones that required the weddings rings to be soldered by laser to prevent heat damage. Matt had the rose gold for the laser. I asked if he could do it THAT afternoon as the next two days were scheduled up before the wedding. Matt had time to complete the job! When I delivered the rings I was truly impressed with their security system. They took a picture of the rings, recorded in detail the features of the rings, gave the estimated value, and price of the service. All of this was put in their computer system and printed out on a receipt that was given to me. They called me within 30 minutes to tell me the job was done. Matt did a beautiful job. I would recommend McCoy Jewelers to everyone.
