Mazzios

Our grandkids love pizza. So when they came over a few days ago I ordered one of Mazzio's specials consisting of a large pepperoni pizza, cheese dippers, calzone and cinnaboli. I also ordered a medium Canadian bacon pizza. Plenty of food for everyone. When I arrived at the drive through I was greeted by a very friendly, energetic and professional young lady Who processed my order. This young lady is the only reason Skiatook Mazzios is receiving one star. The only food eaten was the cheese dippers and cinnaboli. The pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizzas where burnt to the point the pepperoni was crunchy. I know that Mazzios uses an automated oven with set temperature that should allow all pizzas to be cooked the same. With that being said it would appear that my pizzas went through the oven more than one time. Or the oven was malfunctioning. In ether case these pizzas should not have been sold. The ham and cheese calzone was not overcooked but was not palatable. The quality of Mazzios have been on a decline for several years. However when the grandkids won't eat the pizzas it's time to go elsewhere. I don't like giving bad reviews. However potential customers need to know what my experience was. And I hope Mazzios takes this as constructive criticism

Horrible service, never got my food that they forgot to include in the order (it's now past closing time, I've been in the restaurant and it's very dirty. Not a fan of the food either, my bread was soggy, my cinnamon sticks were dry and crusty, my fries never came but the only other time I got them they were soggy and cold (I got them in the restaurant) and my chicken Alfredo was flat out disgusting. Not to mention I'm pretty sure the garlic butter sauce is just butter, olive oil, and green flakes. In all I Personally would not recommend this restaurant. And I will NOT be eating here EVER again!

Food is ok, and if you use Mazzio's coupons, well priced. The problem with this place is their disorganization and inconsistency. On my most recent visit, my order was promised in twenty minutes, but it was actually over fifty minutes - and was incorrect! And this was not on a busy night, as there were only two cars in the parking lot and no one else in the drive-thru line.Always check your order for correctness before you leave with your call-in order.

I would give them a zero if I could the lack of professionalism is beyond comprehension. The service was horrible, and the dough wasn't even done. I would rather go to another establishment and ever have to deal with this again.

Never will go back. Tried the buffet and all I got was a salad. Never was there enough pizza for everyone. Once in a while they put out a pizza, and the place was full. Once, tried to order ahead of time to pick up the order, two pizzas. Only had one pizza ready and had to wait almost 30mins for the second pizza. Poor service. Will never go back.

Seriously??? I pay extra for a cauliflower crust pizza which is fine because it's better than the hard crust of a gluten free pizza. What's so annoying is not only is it way smaller, which again is fine, but they do not give it the same attention as the regular crusted pizza. Come on, guys! At least don't leave 1 1/2 inches of the crust totally undressed. Get it together and treat all the pizza the same. Remember when Mazzio's was the only place Oklahomans would go for pizza?? Wouldn't take a ton of effort but apparently it does so here ya go.

Today at 12:20 old pizza only out asked us what we wanted then 30 min later 1 pizza brought out ! Pop area was filthy only employee we saw was chatting it up with a customer, dirty slow no management in sight im done !!!

Horrible customer service. My family sat down and didn't even get acknowledged. They had a big top in the back and one other table. The waitress walked past us probably 5 times without saying a word. We got up a left! 0 stars.

Not only did my husband wait over 45 minutes for the WRONG food, but it's cold, nasty and too over priced. I ordered extra EXTRA ranch and we got one 1 ounce container. Spent almost $15 on a salad that's completely wrong and it's molded. This is terrible customer service and terrible for our town. Do better. We won't be back to find out.

It took to long to get our food,not recommending for a quick stop,there was a mess and no one cleaned it,they had a bad attitude against me and my friends and threw our food hard into the table-
