Mazzio's Pizza

This location has a cook that doesn't know how to cook pizza. He/she refuses to do the correctway (dough, Sauce, cheese, then toppings, so that the inside won't be soggy and discussing) and Mazzios refuses to correct said imbecile. Do not Order from this location, your pizza will be made like an idiot whose never made pizza before.

I order for delivery and it comes from this location. They are the worst! Food always takes more than 1 hour, is often cold. Today I ordered sub sandwiches. They came without the lettuce and tomato but they put the lettuce and tomato and pickle in a separate box. The lettuce is brown and the whole thing looks like it came from a dumpster! I didn't order my sandwich like this. Needless to say I ate the sandwich but not the lettuce and tomato! Won't order delivery anymore since it comes from this location. The location at the Farm is much better!

Pizza always has a hint of cinnamon sugar on the bottom. I'm not sure they wash pans properly and use them repeatedly regardless whether it's for pizza or cinnamon sticks.

What a tremendous let down today! I convinced my family that Mazzios was a good choice for dinner tonight. We ordered a pepperoni pizzia, a 4 meat calizone, and the chocolate chip cookie pizza.When I went to pick it up, I could tell the crew wasn't having the best of nights. The gal there, who seemed to be running the show, was dropping the "f-bomb", so I knew it wasn't a great evening for them. I've been there. I get it. Some days are rough in the service industry.I grab my stuff and come home to find out the the 4 meat looks like hamburger...and was cold. Even all the cheese hadn't melted. I could make out the shredded pieces. When my wife called to discuss, she was made to feel like she had no idea what the 4 meat calizone should looks like and explained that the meat is in "pre-made balls". (we've been ordering for years, but that's probably coming to an end) Got a Dominos the same distance from my house in the other direction.The location decided, after pleading from my wife and her having to send pics via email to "prove it", that they would make us another one.I am so uneasy about the experience, that there is NO WAY I'm going to pic that thing up and risk what a frustrated crew has done to it!.To top it all off....the cookie pizza was over cooked and hard as a rock. Yelp didn't have the option for a ZERO, so they get a ONE.

Called ahead to confirm my address because the confirmation email address was incorrect. They said everything was noted and they had the correct address. An hour and a half later, my pizza showed up "ice" cold. The location is less than a mile from my house, should not take that long or be cold! Gave us a credit but doubt we will use it not worth the wait. Save yourself the trouble and call dominos.

Got the taco pizza and it was not good. Couldn't even finish it. There's a self serve salad bar that's not too bad. The cold pasta is decent.

I tried the Specialty Pizza that is advertised - the Mediterranean. What a disappointment. It was $10.50 for garlic bread, there were so few ingredients on it.

The food tastes amazing and never disappoints when I want something not too pricey and that tastes good. I regularly get a Chicken Alfredo Bake and a Small Cinaboli and they are to die for right out of the oven.

I should have read these reviews before ordering... ordered a lrge Canadian Bacon/Black olive.. on line.. tipped em .. pizza shows up and is NOT what I ordered.. crust on top and bottom.. not fit to eat.. gave it to my dogs.. called to report and they offered to make the correct one in exchange for the one I got. WHAT??? How bout give me what I freakn ordered and paid for... I'll never do business with them again

Not a good place to go if you care about good service for cleanliness. While there, waited 10 minutes to be assisted with picking up my order. While waiting heard the lady running the front counter around the corner on the phone gossiping on the phone about who knows what. Also, no one in this location wore gloves and many of the men working there had long beards and had longer hair, without it being up or anything. The final straw when I saw a container full of what looked like some type of pizza toppings and the guy making the pizza got a handful and tossed them in his mouth.... yikes. Probably won't be visiting this location or any other based on how they run their business.
