Mazzio's Pizza

So I'm going to start with the positive they have a keto menu. But on the days when I want a cheat meal pizza and fries are a staple. The pizza was decent today not the best ever but not the worse. Now the fries...well...refer to the pictures below. One is the advertisement from the app and the other is what we got. They were handed to us cold and stale and not even a full order. It almost felt like they were dumped off a plate in the restaurant straight into a box and handed over.

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza for delivery and they messed it up (by leaving off half of the ingredients we paid for) and then sent me a pizza that looked like they shook it up and down on its side.

This is a horrible place to eat. If your passing through please drive past this place. Food is horrible, filthy interior. Salad bar is dirty. For the sake of human health this is not a sanitary place to eat.

I called in an order to have delivered and it was here in a timely manner and was fresh and hot. I have no complaints about the service.

If you like Mazzio's pizza this place is on par. Service is subpar but tolerable. Ambiance is retro dingy dirty 70s. My suggestion is get it to go and pick it up at the drive thru.

The food was alright. I do have one complaint though: We had just ordered our hamburger pizza and there was a dead fly in it. We had told the waitress and she remade it for us. Definitely a wild experience!

I placed an order here despite the 1 star reviews against my better judgment, and received a 1 star pizza. I ordered a taco pizza which has lettuce, tomato & black olives on top. Got it home and it was basically a sausage & cheese pizza. No topping on it at all.

I'm not gonna lie, the place at first before was terrible, but ever since it changed management, the place has been going up in its cleanliness and staff. when I ordered a triple play it was made nearly exactly on time, and the food was made to the exact way I wished it to be, I'm a picky eater and my order was quite complex. aside from the good the waiting wasn't half bad, the staff also were really nice and made sure even when a mistake happened it was immediately corrected.

Slow service and salad bar was old the diced ham was slimy cinnamon sticks were disgusting needs a major remodel.

Called and was immediately put on a hold, after 10 min of waiting they came on and said ma'am will you please hold, before I was able to respond that I'm not a ma'am I was back on hold. Another 10 min passed and I was about to hang up when they came back on and said again, ma'am will you please hold, and before I could respond I was back on hold. So I hung up and ordered from fire lake pizza, they didn't call me ma'am or put me on a 20 min hold. This place is a joke
