We have come to Glenpool Mazzios for 3 years fairly often. On a previous trip it seemed the pizza had no pizza sauce. The salad bar was ok and we let it go. This evening we returned, and the salad bar was barely acceptable.We ordered a medium Ken's style and again no pizza sauce. On this trip we asked for EXTRA sauce, just to be sure. But again, NO sauce was on the pizza. We asked about it and they actually made another pizza for us. And yet again.....NO SAUCE.

Mazzio's in Glenpool is one of our favorite selections for Pizza, & Sweet Treats! Although we've not dined in, we do take advantage of Door Dash delivery & take out. Our favorite pizza is the Mazzio Works & our favorite dessert is the Cinnaboli!!! As with other chain restaurants, food quality and service varies by location, but I can testify the Glenpool Mazzio's always delivers on both! We've ordered numerous times and they never fail to satisfy! They have a vast menu of selections - pizza, pasta, salad, chicken wings, & sweet treats! They also offer gluten free recipes! Came in to order a to go order , I paid and went to the car to wait. Came back in 10 minutes later and they hadn't even started my order and instead of being apologetic, it was more like no big deal you want a soda while you wait. Not impressed at all!!!!

So, glenpool mazzios has lost me for good. 1st issue was awhile back, eating from the salad bar. I added (mistake) vanilla pudding to my plate, after eating my salad i took a bite and swallowed, i couldn't run to bathroom fast enough, pudding had turned to acid. Since then i nvr get the salad bar, they are just capping the tubs and not dating them, current issue is my past FOUR ORDERS of ranch are rancid ranch shouldn't taste like u ate a battery after, and like clock work up at 3am sick. Ill give you chance after chance but calling the store to tell "CRASH" the manager i was met with obstinate and rude behavior. So for the second time ordering with Mazzio's was a disaster. 100% failure. Ordered one sausage one pepperoni pizza. Got home with a chicken spinach and a calzone. Shame on me. I assumed they were intelligent enough to recognize the difference. Of course I'm outside the delivery area so nothing can be reconciled. They should close that place. I won't make the mistake again. Pizza Hut here I come.

Ordered from this Mazzio's a few nights ago. We got two pizzas and boneless wings. The pizzas weren't even cut all the way, the wings were soggy, and there was black stuff all over the bottom of the pizzas. Also, the pizzas barely had any sauce and the toppings were just thrown on. We called and complained and got a credit. So we tried again tonight. We ordered a family size chicken alfredo bake. We got it home and there was no sauce. I decided to stir it up to be sure and tried it. No sauce at all; just cheese, noodles, and some chicken. Also, some Canadian bacon I saw in the mix. We have been eating at this location for 2 years now and it's always been great. The last 3-4 visits have been pretty awful.

You can't screw up pizza. By that measure, Mazzios is fine I guess, but my experience at their various locations have never been what I would call "top notch." Tonight, we came to our local one and it proved to be a rather trying experience. From dirty tables EVERYWHERE, to teenagers complaining about, like, life and stuff. It reached an apex when our very obviously done pizza sat in the oven as the not-busy-at-all-staff completely ignored it. As we sit here, they're just now getting to the tables (with only what looks like a damp rag)[EDIT:the cleaner has made an appearance]. We have been the only sit down customers for the last 30 minutes. You can do better than Mazzios pretty much everywhere in Tulsa and surrounding areas. I don't know if I'll be coming back. Ever.

This pizzeria is one of my favorite lunchtime stops. Their all-you-can-eat pizza and salad bar is my lunchtime meal. They make fresh pizza and their salad bar is always fresh and clean. They have a great team of workers keeping everything moving quickly. Also, their new rice bowls are delicious. Try this one out next time you're in the Glenpool area, you won't be disappointed.

This doesn't even deserve a one star. We had the worst experience at this Mazzios for our delivery order. We ordered last Saturday at 11:15am. Our order was number 4 of the day since they had just opened. We were quoted 30-40 min which is acceptable. After an hour, I called the call center and was told that our food was on the way. Great, however when it arrived it wasn't our complete order (missing the salad & the family size ranch), everything was ice cold and the hot ham & cheese that we ordered was more like bread with a tiny bit of ham and a tiny bit of cheese and zero dressing. I called the call center back and explained my dissatisfaction. They asked if I wanted the order redelivered to which I said yes BUT I need it here fast due to the fact that we had to leave by 1pm for our sons football game, it was around 12 at the time. She said it they would get it to us as soon as possible. At 1pm our food was still not delivered so I called the call center for a 3rd time and asked for a manager. As I was on the phone with the manager, our food arrived and was still incorrect. They sent the wrong salad. I told the manager that I wanted a refund and I was told that they couldn't do that and I would have to call corporate. I said fine, please give me their number and I will call. The kid "manager", Tyler said he didn't have corporates number to which I replied, "you're a manager and you don't have corporates number?!?". Tyler proceeded to tell me that he was just "one of the managers, not the GM" so I asked to talk to the GM. Tyler says that the GM isn't there but then quickly retracted and said she was there but she was "busy in her office doing paperwork". I said I would like to speak with her so he set the phone down on the counter (not on hold so I could hear EVERYTHING going on at the counter). I was placed like this for 30 minutes until I finally hung up due to the fact that we had arrive at my sons football game. Fast forward a couple days and my husband saw a post on social media by Tyler promoting Mazzio's Saturday Buffet. He made a comment on said post. See attached pics of this conversation. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! This "manager" should NOT have a manager title and maybe shouldn't be in the customer service industry at all. I am so disappointed because Mazzio's used to be a family favorite.

Ate lunch there and had the buffet. The salad bar was excellent. Lettuce very fresh and well stocked w/ lots of other good stuff--beets, eggs, ham, chocolate pudding, etc.
