Mazzio's

So I planned to not have the best review bc they are more expensive then any other chain pizza place in town. Then I get my $14 one topping medium pizza and it really is better than other chain pizza places. I also had a coupon for free loaded cheese sticks. So the loaded cheese sticks are my new favorite thing. These are soooo good and paired with their ranch, best ranch ever, is amazing. I am good with the cost and will be getting the loaded cheese sticks again.

Would an experience with Mazio's. I'll tell you what if all their workers are just like what I've experienced at the broken Arrow ext. With the manager and the driver. Almost running me off the road then flipping me off I pulled right into Mazio's to tell the manager and the driver goes he won't believe you I've worked here for 10 years. Sure enough I walked in to tell the manager and he just brushed it off. I said all right that's fine I'm gonna go ahead put a review on and I'm gonna get in comm contact with your corporate office. I am just going to say the manager there and the driver or a disgrace to the company if I was a company I'd be ashamed of having those people work and especially the manager being in the position he is sad if I could I would slap both her moms

This MAZZIO'S is the worst one I've dealt with. This is the 2nd time I've put my order in and when I get there to pick it up I was told they close at 10pm but my order wasn't ready to be picked up until 10:50pm. Shitty management and poor customer service.

Love going to Neosho Mazzios. The salad bar is always clean and well stocked. Pizza is fresh and if you want one that is not on the buffet they will make it for you. The deserts are So.... Good and you leave feeling happy because the cost is so reasonable. Restaurant is always clean and the staff is great. Kudos to the management.

This is the second time I have been disappointed but it was so egregious I had to leave a review. The pizzas were luke warm and pathetic looking. They were in a Medium box and sliding all around inside the box. TOO small for the box? The pepperoni had 12 slices of peperoni on an undersized medium pizza. I don't know who was managing this store tonight, but that person needs a new job. The ONLY thing they didn't mess up was the bread. On top of all this, they were over cooked. I want a refund. Take your $20.00 credit & shove it. They also charge a $4.49 "delivery fee" even though we have always tipped 20% & we live less than a mile from the store. You JUST lost a good customer. We're not coming back ever. F/O
