Matts Atv and Offroad

Service department needs a better tracking system. Work does not get completed or half assed. Been waiting over 2 weeks waiting on a phone call and escalation of my issue. I have to message or call them to get a status (or lack there of) update. Owner stated he did not care how his employees treated his customers. Didn't care about them charging for work that was not completed. Didn't care that they didn't address the issues. Nor does he need customers. I would look elsewhere. The issues with customer service obviously starts at the top. Matt you should be ashamed. BTW I have screenshots of how they treat their customers! Would give a negative review if I could. Matt you can make it right if you truely care about your customers and the offroad community.

These people are excellent, especially in Customer service and Relations. They had the exact bike I was looking for and I spoke by phone with the owner Matt, the sales staff Daniel & Matthew who were highly professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful. I asked them to place a $250 deposit on a bike I wanted which they did while I worked with my credit union to obtain a loan. My loan was approved and I was all set to go ..... however, after much consideration I changed my mind owing to an impending move to another state + not wanting to have a 5 year loan. I called and spoke to Daniel who was most courteous and polite which I fully appreciate. It matters not whether I receive my deposit or no as these people are first rate in dealing with customers over the phone. I highly recommend this company. Ivan Crow, motorcyclist of 50 yrs.

This shop is so great. The Staff here really knew their stuff. I knew they would be able to fix my husband's atv and they did! They are fast and efficient. The price was reasonable. I recommend this place a lot. We will continue to us them.

Mat has fixed lots of stuff for us . He does a great job and is very fair on prices. Very nice person . And really cares for his customers . I would recommend him highly

We bought a XUV from them & have had good experience. The last two years have been great for service and usual XUV repairs/maintenance. Folk are great and super courteous to my three kiddos and me.

I give the employees 5 stars. However the atv's they sell are about 2 stars. You get what you pay for. The atv's are cheap. But I've also spent plenty of time working on them. The screws come out, bolts break, stuff rattles loose or falls off.

We purchased a side by side, atv and a smaller atv. Hade nothing but trouble with the smaller atv. Took it in after it broke the 2nd time I tried to use it and over three hundred dollars later it still does not work. They informed me that if they did not put it together they are not responsible for it. I can not afford to take it in every time it breaks. We we're going to buy 3 more from them but we decided we need to go somewhere else. Very upset with them. When we bought it we made the mistake of not test driving it.

I love Matt's ATV and Offroad!!Bought an old 4-Wheeler that needed a lot of engine work so I could get it cheap and they have helped me on getting it running again! Thanks guys!

We took our RZR to Matt for a tune up and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. He has the best prices in town and he really took care of us. Would highly recommend his shop to anyone looking for a great mechanic who does quality work.

I bought a used Kawasaki Mule on Craigslist that was about 9 years old. It wasn't running very well and the emergency brake was sticking. I found this shop on the internet and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. After they worked on it, the Mule runs great and the brakes function just like they should. I also had them change all the fluids and look for anything else that was needed. They kept informed and the work was all completed on time. The invoice provided all the details on the parts and labor. My wife and grandkids now use it regularly without needing to call me to figure something out. I'm thankful for Matts ATV.
