Mattress Firm

I ordered a bed for 3k plus because my spouse had back surgery, I was GUARENTEED delivery on Dec 19 if I purchased the bed on Dec 5, She (Sarah) even called me to make sure that we were going to get the bed. On the 19/12 I did not hear a word from these people. When I called I was given the run around on line because one one could talk to me on line. Then I was told that there was no such order but I had already gotten my credit bill. When the order was found he told me that it was never sent to the factory so I cannot get delivery for 3-4 weeks from the 19th. I asked to cancel the order they said he could not help me with anything but putting a request to speak to someone in 24 to 49 hours.THIS COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!

I will never purchase anything from here again purchased a queen adjustable bed and it is all lumpy and has a ten year warranty have always keep a mattress cover on it and they only told me it had to be clean and that was it so now they tell me they can't take it if it smells like cigarette smoke and I smoke so they said there is nothing they can do so I will let all my family and friends know not to go there.

Mattress firm? More like Mattress missing. Bought a mattress. Waited a week for it to be delivered, just to not hear anything on the promised delivery date. Called the day after it was supposed to be here to be informed it wasn't on the truck so it would be another week before it would be in. Yesterday it was arriving on the truck again. Was told over the phone to expect the bed between 10-4 today. Called after 4 and was told that once again the bed was not on the truck. A bed that was supposed to be delivered a week ago. The bed that was supposed to be on 2 separate trucks but somehow forgotten? Needless to say I'm getting my money back and finding a more reliable company to go through.

Horrible store! Pushy annoying sales lady.BEWARE of their 100 day trial policy! They will not take anything back even if it's a couple weeks old because it's outside of the 100 days! Even the famous brand like Posturepedic!! they have no faith in their product and they will have nothing to do with you after 100 days!

Im giving a 2 for the price and service while we were in the store. But instead of a 4 i bunped it down. Very disappointed today. We bought a matress yesterday and was supposed to be here today. After getting everything prepared and waiting from 10-1 we finally got a call after 1 saying the trick isn't coming. Now we have to wait another week.

AMAZING experience!!!! They were advertising a back-to-school sale where teachers got to choose between 3 mattresses and receive 50% off! James and Jamie were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I was extremely impressed. Making so little as a teacher, I definitely wanted to make sure the money I was spending was a smart investment. I would absolutely recommend any one who was needing a new mattress, regardless if they didn't get to relish in the perks of getting a mattress 50% off, to go to Mattress Firm in Broken Arrow.

This was the first time I bought a mattress (I just graduated high school) and I was pretty scared to do it without my parents. Will (the salesman at this location) was very friendly and made it easy to find what I was looking for. I had in mind want I wanted because I had been looking online and he had something similar. It was the Memorial Day weekend sale so I also got a great deal. The bed was delivered the next day and I slept better than I have in months (my old bed was shot). I am very pleased with my experience and recommend Mattress Firm to anyone who wants a salesperson to help and genuinely care about what you want instead of just making a quick sale.
