HORRIBLE. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! Look at the reviews, that's what I wish I had done!! Save yourself and your car some grief!! Go to Midas in Bixby! My story is too long, and I've already wasted 5 hours of my time on them today... and honestly it's just too frustrating to re-live.TRUST me they are pushy liars, unorganized, highly priced and I'm feeling the stress come back sooooo I'm stopping myself there. Weird... Midas didn't find the problem they said I had and my AC is running great now. I put other reviews that people left in my pictures. I really wished I had of looked at the reviews beforehand. Being on the Yelp Squad I should of knew better.

Today I took my new car in for its first oil change and got The Works. When I got home I noticed this indention on the front bumper. If they had told me about it and offered to fix it, I would probably go back but since they didn't say one word about it, I lost trust in these guys and won't be returning for any services.

Contacted Mathews Ford Dealership today as they had a significant Dealer Discount of $34k on a 2023 Ford F150 XLT, which the truck came out to $30,212. After I contacted sales they told me the price was $64k and that must have been a mistake. Who makes a dramatic mistake like this...really?? They were using a bait and switch tactic on me and/or they were doing this dramatic sale price to obtain attention and get folks to call and persuade you into buying something else. Be careful with this sneaky dealer and I would do any negotiating via email to get an OTD or you will loose leverage if you go to the dealership. Anyhow I wouldn't even recommend going here.

I will NOT be taking my car to Matthews Ford for any more service work! I have been to their service department three different times for warranty work and each time has been worse than the previous. The customer service reps are rude and the managers aren't any better. I think they saw a young, dumb female and tried to take advantage of me! If you are female, young or old, be cautious at Matthews Ford! I don't trust them, and I hate to see any other women taken advantage of by this dealership! Stay Away!

After being unhappy and getting mediocre service from across town for several years now. We called Matthews Ford for emergency service. We spoke to Kevin, who got us in next day after getting towed in. We got the car fixed fast and correctly the first time. Kevin was great in helping us pick up our vehicle after hours. We will be definatly come here for all of our Ford service in the future.

I called in the morning to see if they took appointments for the Quick Lube. The lady kindly informed me that they do not. So I grabbed breakfast then headed to Jim Norton Ford, driving from Sapulpa. Quite a distance mind you. After arriving and being waited on I was told that they weren't taking anymore that day. They said I could return tomorrow and try. I said, No thanks, I drove all the way from Sapulpa. I left, never to return. The receptionist that I first talked to in the morning should have told me to call before heading that way as they do fill up. Or they need to start taking reservations. This is my second time to take my Ford F-150 to them (I bought it from them. However, NO MORE!

On consecutive days, I took two vehicles to Matthews Ford for an oil change. The recommended tire pressure on one car was 35 psi and the other one was 36 psi. When I got the cars back, air had been let out of all 8 tires. Seven of the tires were at 30 psi and one tire was at 29 psi. The one at 29 caused the low tire pressure warning to go off. One of the cars had nitrogen in the tires.Needless to say, I will not take another car to Matthews Ford.

Do not take your vehicle here for any service of any kind. I had to take mine here due to Bill Knight dealership being booked 3 weeks out. Needed repair, was my moon/sun roof motor. They had it for 2 days, no problem. But when I arrived to pick it up, the front windshield had a grapefruit size Crack. My service advisor said, no problem. Leave it with him, and he would take care of us. We left, and had just got home, when he called and said his boss, service manager advised no deal. They would not fix. He stated a rock chip caused the breakage. We argued and I left, going right to Safelite Auto Glass, and Robinson Glass what they said.Both companies said that Matthew's was in the wrong, and should be liable to replace the windshield. Thus, I was out $650
