I have waited a few months before this review. I purchased a GMC Acadia in Nov. 2024. Was told ahead of time that they add the door guard/tinted windows to all vehicles ($895); no choice. An outside company, Integrity Customs, Inc., applies this. The next day, after getting home (in the daylight) I noticed the plastic edging on my doors & handles were a mess. I called Heath (M Allen), he did tell me to go get it fixed (I am in another State). I took to a reputable Company in my area; which fixed it properly & told me there were cuts in my doors where Integrity applied the door edge. (they cut the edging while on doors) Now, I am really upset: New vehicle $45K(w taxes) - cuts on my doors due to something I did not request to be added; M. Allen makes profit on an added feature that messes up my new car. Again, phone call, Heath; told to take to get it fixed. Took to body shop in my area; was told cuts were deep, but would make my car look worse if they had to do all doors & rear panel. Sickening! Called Heath, was told if it was him, it wouldn't be that big of deal. Well, to me; it is! New Car $45K with cut marks in my doors. In conversation w/Heath - I tried to think of a way that Integrity & M Allen should be held responsible since I did not want my new car screwed up/w new paint job. In general, I was throwing out a number "$500 or something" to compensate for the poor job and me having to live with it. No call back from Heath, just a quick check in the mail for $500 from Integrity. I did not agree to and have not cashed. At this time; I will be further in touch with Integrity. BUT, if you are looking to purchase from Mark Allen, or already have, please BEWARE and look close at your vehicle where the door guards & cupholders have been added. I would not purchase from Mark Allen and regret that I traveled out of state thinking they were a reputable company. We have purchased many new vehicles over the years and have never had this kind of terrible experience!

Just got a brand new 2025 Buick in envista. Rachel and Jackson were great I'm really took their time with me. I didn't plan on buying a car as I accompanied a friend, but we both got cars that day. Customer service areas were clean. Bathroom was clean quick and speedy service in the finance manager. I don't remember his name, but he was great too. Definitely recommend.

The GMC dealer in Broken Arrow couldn't even look at my truck until about two weeks from the Monday that I called. I called Mark Allen GMC. They got me in that Friday just before Memorial Day and analyzed the problem. Parts had to be ordered. They had them the Tuesday after the holiday weekend. They worked me in on Wednesday. I appreciate the fast friendly service. Ask for Doug in the service department .Even though it is a bit of a drive I will be bringing my truck here for routine service in the future.From my iPhone

We experienced superior customer satisfaction when purchasing our new GMC Yukon. Lyndsey assisted us via phone, text and email to agree on the deal, which included a trade-in, then we drove from Houston to Collinsville to make our purchase. Driving into the parking lot, we were warmly greeted by several friendly and helpful staff members. We felt very comfortable and value their honesty as we experienced no surprises. Heath was a great help with setting up the app and other needed online services. Since it was a very stormy day, the new vehicle was parked inside a clean/dry area for our final inspection then our trade-in was brought in beside the Yukon so we could easily transfer our belongings over. Dan was very personable and handled the finance portion quickly and honestly with no added hype. Such a great group of guys and it was easy to detect they all enjoy their work and each other. We will definitely make the drive from Houston to Collinsville again to purchase a vehicle from Mark Allen Buick GMC. Our experience was exceptional in all areas. Thank you!

Very awesome experience here. These people wrote a new chapter on how to deal with customers. So polite and courteous, no pressure at all. My salesman Ron even told us to go home and think on it, he said buying a vehicle is a big decision, I want you to buy the one you need. I'll hold the vehicle for you and if you show up tomorrow to buy it, it will be here for you. So we left and talked about it, came back the next morning and purchased it. Going thru the buying process was seamless, everything went smoothly. We probably spent a total of 3 hours for the whole experience, that was looking at cars, test driving, a little negotiating, and buying. It's great that There's now a car dealership in the Owasso/Collinsville area that really cares and listens to the customers. The other ones suck, that's right JG dodge, ram and other crap you sell. The word is out and now you are going to loose business because of the shit show you run in Owasso. Thank you Mark Allen and all of the great people you have running your business.
