Marco's Pizza

Overall food is usually up to standards. I strongly suggest you check your order before leaving. This location has made more mistakes than I care to list. I finally have given up on them and go to other places in Yukon.

I had a large supremel pizza minus green peppers and mushrooms and a order or cheese bread with a 2 liter of Dr pepper. Well we waited and waited for the driver to show up. Finally we got a call he was lost and so my boyfriend met him at the entrance. He gave us our pizza. Then left without giving us our drinks. Had to call him back and he said to meet him back at the spot. Ok open the pizza COLD pizza!!! Wasn't even cooked in the middle. Called the manager and she said I'm sorry I will reimburse you your pizza. Marcos pizza failed to reimburse me my money, this to me is terrible service.

Yesterday we ordered Marco's for a kid's birthday party and specifically ordered thin crust since it's cut into squares. When we received the pizza it was thick crust cut into slices. I called Marco's and they replaced it immediately and refunded our money. They made a mistake but were kind and did an excellent job making it right--very quickly!

I ordered my first Pizza from this location a week and a half ago and I had ordered extra toppings on a all meat pizza I ordered and payed for additional cheese and additional old world pepperoni. Neither were on my pizza! Well today I thought I would give them an opportunity to correct their poor service but again they failed !! My pizza was supposedly going to be delivered by 8pm it is now 910 pm and no order!! They have just lost a customer for life! They could have at a minimum called to tell me they were late or whatever the reason was but NO! Not even a common courtesy! At least the other pizza company's here in Yukon want your business! Maybe it's time for a NEW OWNER!!Horrible save your self the disappointment!! Order else where !!I would also like to point out that this order was placed at 650 pm on a Wednesday night! So I can't imagine a busy night like Th,Fri or Sat!

Marcos is one of my favorite places to eat/order from in Austin so I was thrilled when I saw that they had opened one up less than 5 minutes from my home. I love their garlic olive oil but their red sauce is great too. Their crust are fluffy and light and they are always generous with the amount of cheese they use. Delicious Pizza.

Since Marco's does not deliver to our home area, we went to dine in and were greatly disappointed. The interior was not set up for customers and especially not for a wheel chair. The pizza was nothing to rave about but was edible. No soda fountain so you buy drinks by the bottle. Even napkins were not readily available. Staff was cordial but it did seem like they were not really glad to see inside customers. Probably will not be back.

After my last review, I decided to give Marcos another chance to improve. Sadly I was disappointed again. Marcos has always had great wings, but no more. They were dry and tough, and some even blackened. The boxes leaked sauce into the sack. Cardboard boxes are fine for pizza, but not wings. As for the staff, they were wearing masks improperly. Most had their nose uncovered, and som wore them on their chin. As for me, I'm through with Marcos.

Awful. We waited an hour for the delivery of a pizza we cannot eat. Over half of it was dry and hard with a weird rough texture and did not remotely resemble pizza. Not to mention it was cold and absolutely swimming in grease. Same with the breadsticks. Super appetizing. Total waste of $26. Thanks Marco's.**Update 9/22/18**Marco's manager contacted me to apologize and they sent us certificates for a free pizza and cheese bread. We were grateful for the good customer service and the fact that they wanted to make it right. Thank you Marco's!

If you want your pizza within 30-45 mins don't order delivery from this location.If you're good with waiting 2.5-3 hours, this is the place for you!Enjoy the cold pizza and awful wait times.

GREAT pizza. We like the old world style pepperoni that curls up and gets crispy. We pick up our own, but they offer delivery. They have a couple of tables inside so you can eat there while watching them make pizza, which is entertaining.
