A+ Buying Experience with No High-Pressure Sales! We purchased our GMC Terrain at Marc Miller last Spring and our buying experience was truly phenomenal! Lane Gaddy, our sales agent, was very knowledgeable, listened to what features we were looking for in a vehicle, and showed us available options. The dealership was offering great incentives (about 6k dollars) on new vehicles so buying new became an affordable option! Once we made our selection, the sales manager provided a written quote. Due to selling our own vehicle, not trading it in, or using their in-house finance dept., it was approximately three weeks before we returned to make our purchase. They didn't ask we sign an agreement to hold the vehicle or make a deposit, and they held it until we returned! We touched base with Lane once/week to provide an update. It was the easiest transaction we've ever made - basically, a handshake agreement! I would highly recommend contacting Lane Gaddy at Marc Miller GMC! He and the entire sales team demonstrated high integrity and impressive work ethics!

A pleasant experience became a disappointing nightmare. I bought a brand new SUV here 4 months ago. Since then it's been in service FOUR times for an issue starting at 2k miles, and they still can't fix it. It came down to wasting even more time with the vehicle or selling the vehicle back to them. I chose the latter, so now they've profited off me twice. I have been to this dealership 12 times and hope to never come back.

I brought my vehicle in to get new key fob. They programmed it to driver 3 and there is no driver 3 on my vehicle. Danny John's was in such a hurry to get this done he didn't program my remote right. Also my tires were rotated and this is the fist time they programmed them right. I'm so disappointed in the service I received Dodoma them

Brought my GMC truck in to Mark Miller for a check engine light. They diagnosed it as having to bad injectors. After waiting a month for parts they fixed it promptly and if you'll notice the picture within 15 miles to check engine light came on and it drives no different. What a waste of time and a big waste of money ..beware of Marc Miller GMC

If your insurance is USAA or your car has damages from an accident. This is not the place for you. My car has been there 3 months. They finally get the part and as per usual the lies and games begin. "Don't worry you little pretty head off babe", is BEYOND inappropriate. Outright ignored or told he is out on lunch. No call backs. Paid over $11000 to have my car fixed but being treated as if I am an inconvenience to them. I have PTSD and being yelled at by Chris makes it to where I can't even speak. I wish I would have taken my car elsewhere. How dare I ask for a loaner car. Even for one day. My insurance may have paid GMC but who pays for the insurance. I still have yet to receive an eta on my car. It was rear-ended and new.

DO NOT waist your time . My salesman GREG CRUZEN is a liar and a SCAM ARTIST. Also the so called "finance manager" GREG HURST. Is an even bigger liar and scam artist . These people are professional AUTO FRAUD ARTISTS . They performed a "spot delivery" scam on me. Which cost me a lot of time and money . And ruined my credit, they CONTINUED keep running my credit 20+ times without my authorization all week long while I was at work. Of course without my consent . And this was after I had purchased the vehicle and signed all of the final paperwork. They demanded more money more money more money . Until I finally had to give them the truck back... they will try to tell you that you are approved , only to later tell you that they had a "clerical issue" and they need more money , or the truck back.. DO NOT waist your time or money..

I purchased a brand-new 2023 GMC Terrain a year ago and have encountered numerous issues with this dealership. I bought my car from Eli Lopez and was promised a manufacturer's warranty, Scratch and Dent Repair, and three years of Sirius XM service.Initially, I had to return the car the following week because it had pre-existing scratches that needed repair. Soon after, someone dinged my vehicle, and when I tried to bring it in for repair, Eli had already left the dealership. He advised me to contact the dealership and ask for a manager for assistance. However, they turned me away, claiming they no longer offer that service and instead tried to sell me a paint stick to fix it myself.Now, a year and two months later, my car is experiencing problems. I've driven it for 45,000 miles and am outside the 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, but I still qualify for the "Power Train 60,000" warranty. Whenever I accelerate, the engine displays a "Reduced Engine Power" warning, the car shakes significantly, and it struggles to climb hills during these episodes. I broke down in Muskogee and called my original dealership, which advised me to take it to any GMC dealership for repairs.We took it to Muskogee GMC, where they informed me that the issue was a faulty fuel pump, which was not covered under any warranty. I ended up paying $1,000 for a new fuel pump and diagnostic service.Two days later, the car exhibited the same symptoms but with a different error code, now showing "Electronic Control System." The traction control light was illuminated, and the car was shaking again. Luckily, I was near my original dealership, so I took it there, but they told me I would need to pay ANOTHER diagnostic fee, despite having just paid one the week before.This dealership is incredibly unprofessional. I do not recommend buying a car from them. Their service department operates on a "first come, first served" basis, and their loaner cars are fully booked. They simply put you on a list and promise to call later. It's been two weeks since I was added to the list, and I haven't received a call. Be warned: you can't get in for any diagnostic work with an appointment, and your car could be in their shop for days or even weeks due to their loose scheduling.If you do decide to buy from them, get everything in writing, or they will manipulate you endlessly.And unfortunately, if you're a woman, be prepared for the service department to speak to you as if you're incompetent.

Mike Lynch in sales was great to work with knowledgeable and low pressure. He made the deal easy and pain free. I knew what I was getting and not spending 40k on a new car. It's a 2014 mustang runs good if it has issues I'll expect it and deal with it. Give Mike a chance he's good people.
