The installation this company did at my mother's house was very substandard! Would never recommend them.

From the time I phoned for a bid on new counters in my kitchen, I've had nothing less than professional service. Matt came on out when they said they would and was 100% professional. I went the next morning to select my granite and sink. When I finished selecting my granite and sink, I had to pay for it of course and Mike quoted my sink at more money than Matt. I said Matt said it was X amount of money and your charging me Z amount of money. There was no problem at all Mike said " If that is what Matt told you, then that's the price you will get it for." I paid for everything except tear out of my old counters because we was going to do that ourselves. Mike set the appointment to be installed and we went on our way. The install date was for 1/8/2018 on a Monday. The Thursday before that date I phoned Mike and informed him we could not do it due to illness and I know I had waited to the last minute to tell them and that I needed someone to tear out my old counters. Mike said "Don't worry about it, we got this covered. We will call you back in a few minutes with when we will be out." Sure enough in a few minutes I got that call. They came out Friday (the very next day) when it was convenient for me and tore out my counter tops. Lyle the carpenter was very respectful, professional, careful with my cabinets and cleaned the little mess it made including sweeping my kitchen floor when he finished. I received a phone call confirming they would be here Monday morning and sure enough they were here when they said. Marco and Mark shows Monday morning ready to install the granite and sink. They was very professional, respectful, friendly and clean. I am a person that your word is everything. Their word is good. They also treat you like you are their only customer. By the way the quality of the work the BEST!!! I will be letting it known for everyone to go to Marble Elegance.

Best granite company around Claremore. I've used the other one, let's just say their quality is lacking. So grateful for marble elegance!!

Poor quality. Several pin holes and rough spots on our cultured marble. The installers did a great job just poor product. They delayed installation twice and made the wrong color. It was one of two colors we were considering. They made the sink wrong the first time. Another delay. Get everything in writing and look at it to make sure it is what you want.
