The menu isn't huge but I like everything in the Pinoy starter set and the halo-halo dessert. There was quite a bit of pork belly in the set. I would eat it again.

I was excited to see a food truck in town serving some of our famous dishes!I follow this company on FB, and saw it was minutes from home. This boy doesn't mess around!! The egg rolls, 4 fresh and crispy beef egg rolls with chili sauce were $8. SO worth it!!The bbq ribs were out of this world! If you think you have found good bbq in town...take a trip and try these ribs! They are seriously one of the best flavors I've ever had. Coming back, ya'll!

A little on the expensive side for rice noodles and a little bit of steak. $22 on DD but the food is soooooo good. Filipino soul food. The Teas are really good as well. Very good balance with the tea and the fruit flavors neither over power the other.

Tried their specialty item for a tasty Sunday brunch today. Coconut Chicken and Ube Waffles. They knocked this one out of the park! I have tried the lumpia and Halo Halo before and those are also delicious. Hoping they will get a permanent location someday! I loved the fact that a food truck has a paging system to let you know when your order is ready because standing in a parking lot outside in Oklahoma in July is quite toasty. But Well worth the 8-10 minute wait today. You can't rush perfection

AN AMAZING CULINARY EXPERIENCE! When I first saw this food truck at an event, I wanted to try it but the line was long (always a great sign!) and I didn't have much time. I tracked them down on social media and found their monthly schedule. They are at the K66 Takeover Cafe at Mother Road Market twice a week. One of my best friends from high school is Filipino, so of course she had to come with me to give her stamp of approval. We wanted to try everything on the menu (they have pictures of it all by the register and it looks delicious!). We got the Shanghai Lumpia as an appetizer (4 fried springs rolls filled with pork and shrimp served with sweet chili sauce). For entrees, we had to try the Adobo since it's apparently the unofficial national dish. It was one of the most delicious things I've ever tried and I don't even like chicken. It is brined chicken thigh and drumstick grilled, then caramelized in their sweet and tangy blackberry adobo sauce served with jasmine rice, tamarind dusted shrimp chips, tomato Salad, wilted bok choy, fried onions, limes and chives. We also got the Sisig Panoit Bihon Street Noodles (thin rice stick noodles tossed in a soy-based sauce with veggies and fried pork). LOVED these noodles, so thin yet flavorful. For drinks, I usually just get water but my friend said I had to try the Calamansi Tea. It was yummy and refreshing. I had never even heard of this citrus fruit, apparently they look like small limes but don't taste as sour. They add honey to make it sweet. So good! Finally, for dessert, we had Turon, 2 dessert lumpia - banana + jackfruit+ brown sugar+honey. The owner said they usually top it with caramel mango but gave us mango ice cream instead because the mangos weren't that good. It sounded like the perfect choice to me. It was absolutely indulgent. Five stars all around. Service was friendly and helpful. I'll be back to try the rest of the menu!

I went to Manila Ice the other day that is normally operated as a food truck but was in the Mother Road Market takeover cafe last couple of days. I'm telling y'all his take on Filipino food is amazing! Anthony and Melissa Santos are some of the most down to earth people you will meet and Tulsa is blessed to have them bringing us this underrepresented Asian cuisine. Anthony is a classicly training chef with years in the restaurant business before branching out on his own. And I for one, am so grateful he took a chance on this dream. I am half Filipino myself and can give an honest opinion that his dishes are the real deal. Full of flavor and not watered down! It brought me back to my childhood memories of visiting my mother's family in the Philippines in the mid 80's.Today I had his Sisig Pancit Bihon noodle dish (won a recent fan vote to make) that is normally two distinct Filipino dishes that he did a fusion/mashup bang up job on, so savory and delicious! In the same pic is a classic Beef Lumpia (Shanghai Style) with sweet chili sauce. The crunch and flavor is amazing as expected as lumpia is the better looking, better tasting cousin of the ordinary egg roll. Packed full of meat versus packed with 90% tasteless cabbage. The third dish to top things off is Halo-halo that took my taste buds to the stratosphere! Great layers of shaved ice, various tropical fruits and jellies, sweeten condensed milk and scoops of ube and coconut ice cream. OH MY GOODNESS! All I can say is wow! Y'all need to follow them on Facebook, look up their schedule and take part in this experience. You will not be disappointed. Tell Chef Anthony I sent ya and spread the word!

I love filipino food and have had trouble finding any in Tulsa. The Manila Ice food truck perfectly hit the spot. Check their instagram for their schedule & menu but they're usually around a few times a month. If you love filipino food or want to try--this is the place!
