Mamaw's Cafe & Catering

A+ in every way. The building is the cutest on the outside with a couple of tables and possibly room for seating outside in warmer weather. We seated ourselves upon arrival as we were immediately greeted when we walked in.Our server was very attentive and helpful with questions. They is a large variety of different types of food to choose from so it took us a minute to choose as everything sounded delicious. Our table ended up with a Cheeseburger & Fries (crinkle cut), Onion Burger & Lasagna Soup, Chicken Fried Chicken with mashed potatoes, salad, and okra, Chicken Fried Steak and mashed potatoes, & some corn nuggets (with ranch) Portions were perfect, we all were stuffed... and everything was absolutely wonderful. The batter of the chicken and steak was superb, the mashed potatoes had seasoning, and the burgers were cooked to perfection with lots of fresh veggies stacked on them. The last part of our experience was our purchase from their dessert case. A great variety of cakes, cobblers, and cookies. Final touch was the price. You can't beat their prices. A full meal (that tasted superb), a drink, and 1 dessert for less than $25. Keep up the wonderful job. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

When Mamaw's first opened, the waitstaff was great and the food was even better. On our last visit, however, it took close to 15 minutes before our drink order was taken, and I wish I could give a review of our meal, but after close to an hour of waiting for a burger and fries and an Indian taco, and not getting any food, we just left.

Very nice place, friendly staff and good food. The interior is clean very well maintained. Also they can do event catering for a variety of events. Also has online ordering.
