Lupe's Cocina and Cantina

First time here. We ordered:two crispy chili relleno, one with shredded chicken, one with ground beef. Best chili relleno I've ever had.Shredded beef burrito.Skillet enchiladas with shrimp and chicken.Absolutely amazing food. Service was polite and quick.I would return without hesitation.

Great service, great food!! The margaritas and spicy salsa are on point, the shrimp tacos and tortilla soup were delicious. We will definitely be back on our next road trip!

I stop by Lupes when I can very good food I eat a lot of Tex/Mex and it is high quality the service is excellent There are a few things on the menu like the Chili Relleno which is very goodPretty common menu good place to get a good meal and reasonably priced

I brought a friend in for some much-needed dinner. I ordered cheese enchiladas, and the rest of the table ordered a Lupe burger and fajitas. I also ordered a side of queso.My friend enjoyed the fajitas with no complaints. However, the burger tasted "like lighter fluid" and was picked at. I told him yo send it back, but he didn't feel like partaking in that battle. My queso never arrived. My cheese enchiladas unfortunately had virtually no cheese inside, was drowned in sauce, and the tortillas weren't soft. I think the chips and salsa was the best part of the meal.Service, ugh. Ok, so you forgot part of our order. When you came back to the table to grab plates, the waitress had a attitude with all of us because we weren't done yet. Hmmm... she seemed to have more of a problem with the teenager at the table, but still managed to be snippy with the rest of us.I wish I could say there was something to make up for all this. Sadly, there isn't. I think it's time to try the other restaurants in the area. Doesn't Elk City have 1 restaurant that is consistent??

The bathroom reeks and this random homeless guy was throwing his straw paper at me!!!

Drinks were not filled. Food was cold. Service was not good. What else do you need to know!

We are from California and have high expectations of Mexican cuisine but rarely find outside the state. Lupe's was a surprise find. Avocado enchilada was amazing as was the cheese relleno. The margarita was ok and the queso was melted cheese with very little spice. The place is clean and decorative and our server was awesome. Best to you and your new little one!

Fast, Friendly, Fresh, clean, comfortable, affordable, this place is a lot like the ideal woman. This little cantina checks all my boxes. My lunch was well priced, well received, and plenty good. Clean - comfortable - cool.

We had chicken tortilla soup and chicken fajita taco, also chili reyano, avocado enchilada, cheese enchilada, rice/beans and beef taco. The beans and rice were flavorful. The green salsa was tasty. The chips were crisp not oily. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The ambiance was excellent. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. The house margaritas were not the best.
