I went into the 15th and Yale Lowes to purchase vinyl siding for my shop. The sales associate quickly came to greet me and help me select the exact siding I was looking for. He even called over the Manager to make sure that we had selected the correct trim pieces and starter row pieces. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I set up the order for delivery and the delivery process was perfect. They arrived on the day that they were scheduled, and the delivery men were very professional. They even gave me free delivery!I feel like I got a great price on the siding that I selected. I am very happy with my experience with this Lowes store. would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Looking for a Husband = come here haha I mean help building stuff, lots of men walking around that will offer to help find what you need and their not even workers haha. Love these stores can look all day at lights and bathroom fixtures and kitchen cabinets. Large selection from pricing low to high end. Workers are around for help and they will help load heavy items as well.They helped me find the wood I needed and had good advice for my build I'm doing. Didn't make me feel intimidated by being a woman, as some places can be. Lots of spring plants coming!!! Run!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lowes at 71st is very clean and well organized. There are people around who are happy to assist. (The one on 21st and Yale on the other hand is very dirty, boxes blocking aisles, the air is so dirty I had allergy problems and some asthma, and there is no one around to help you.)

Need more staff! I've had to help workers do there job multiple times, not because they couldn't but because there's insufficient staff. Decent amount of stuff here though.

hello! I am still waiting for my refund at the Lowe's on 71st street we had a flooring install done it was a mess, from them coming out to do the measurements to who they got to do the job. No one took care of it that was our first install project in our new home and now they have made it a nightmare I have called in contacted them for my refund to be put back on my Lowe's credit card it don't make any sense. I'm going to continue to leave a post until they take care of it . Terrible customer service and the managers are included. Everyine was telling me and my husband they would call us back or take care of it. They did nothing

Terrible experience from the manager to customer service. They make it extremely difficult to purchase a door (after they measure it has to be bought in person??) and the manager was so rude and unhelpful. He clearly doesn't understand the etiquette of saying a simple "hello,0 the humanness of saying "I apologize you've been standing here waiting for assistance for 45 minutes" and how to do simple service recovery. Acknowledgment and awareness goes a long way. Off to Home Depot.

Worse customer service. Came to get a refrigerator was told one price, rented me a insulated and came back just to find out they would not honor that. What a new low. No honor. How can a company this big fail so much?!

Lowe's in Tulsa & FS is HORRIBLE! I've never seen anything like. You can't get anyone on the phone. Getting help in the store is a no go.....it goes on and on. Horrible management, horrible customer service. Waiting on a cabinet to get in. No one knows anything and they aren't about to put them selves out and track it. Says it's arrived but isn't in the warehouse. This has been going on since November! I can't imagine they will keep their doors open if they are doing this to other consumers/builders. Take your business to someone who cares!!

not good at all I waited in curbside pick up for over 45 for 2 two pieces of plywood. I asked if I could get them my self and they said no I had to wait for them like wth just mark it as pick u. will definitely be or from home depot next time

I have been to 5 Lowe's today trying to get all the PVC piping I need for a project. Overall- I like Lowe's- with at least as a much as enthusiasm a non-handy woman can muster up. Of the 5 Lowe's I have visited this was the most challenging to scurry up someone with a ladder to get a box down for me. The best Lowe's was the one by the mall.
